Career Services: They have a really great staff at the career center.

4 College Senior

Overall Experience: I think its great. I joined a couple of clubs and met a lot of people that helped me along the way.

College Senior

Online Courses: I haven't taken online courses yet but I heard mixed reviews about it.

4 College Senior

Facilities: Everywhere you go there is a place to study. There is nice and serene section where you can relax and study. There is 2 group study sections in the library that is big and sound proof.

4 College Senior

Academic Flexibility: Flexibility at NVCC is great with professors that will email you if you miss class assignment but it also depends on the professor.

3 College Senior

Tuition & Financial Aid: The tuition is very affordable and easy to manage if you go on a payment plan. The financial aid was too complicated and I decided to pay on my own.

4 College Senior

Academic Experience: Teachers are willing to help you out.

4 College Senior

Academic Experience: Many different types to choose from.

4 College Senior

Student Body: We have an array of different ethnic groups, many different religious/political beliefs and sexual orientation that makes my school great.

4 College Senior

Campus Resources: They have a ton of resources like the ACE center and they have a wonderful atmosphere there.

3 College Junior

Career Services: Not much in the school but teachers are willing to help a lot

Academic Experience: The nursing program at our community college is absolutely wonderful. I am not actually in it yet but I know people that are and they give it nothing but compliments! It really gets you ready and prepared for the field

Academic Experience: The courses that they offer at our school are awesome, its just that some of the professors are horrible! I'm one of those people that if you just sit there and talk the whole time, I get bored. I need a professor that will make it fun and interesting to me!

Campus Resources: The computers at our school are so nice, they're great computers, the network is fast and easy to get onto. The only problem is the limitation they give you on the printer- the first 200 sheets are free and after that you have to pay- if you have a professor that doesn't hand out powerpoints or give you time to take notes then you have to print them yourself and those 200 sheets will go by fast

3 College Junior

Campus Resources: The school has a LOT of clubs and activities to get yourself into. Sports, not so much because we are a community college so we don't have sports. The library is beautiful and always available when you need it and so is the student center and everyone is always willing to help you out with anything you're having trouble with

4 College Junior

Tuition & Financial Aid: The financial aid process at the school is so quick and easy, and everyone is no nice and does everything they can to help you out

3 College Junior

Online Courses: I haven't taken any online courses but ive heard from people that have that its not a good choice because the teachers don't really get to know you or help you

3 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: I've had to change some things around with work and my personal life because with some classes they don't really give you a decent amount of choices for times and days

4 College Junior

Career Services: The Job Placement Center at our school is awesome! They really work with you to get you the job you want, they always post things about jobs hiring. They will help you do your resume, and do mock interviews with you so you are ready when you have to do it for real. They really are phenominal!

Facilities: Our school is okay, its a community college so it doesn't have the sports teams, which is a downer in my eyes, I would love to go to football games on Friday nights and show my school spirit. But our school has amazing staff that truly care about and you and do everything they can to get you motivated so you can accomplish the goals you have set for yourself.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: I would choose this school time and time again because of the cost, the atmosphere, the teachers, and the students.

4 College Junior

Campus Resources: Everything I need to succeed is right on campus, it's wonderful.

5 College Junior

Campus Resources: The speed is really great! I could not ask for a better network.

5 College Junior

Online Courses: I learned that I absolutely love online classes, I will take at least one per semester after finding out how great they are!

4 College Junior

Student Body: I love the diversity here, everyone is very friendly and you will meet all kinds of people as a student here.
