3 College Junior

Academic Experience: I have only finished my first year of online classes. I have not looked into anything extra.

Most classes seem to offer a manageable workload, although from time to time the workload seems heavy.

3 College Junior

Academic Experience: All of the instructors that I have worked with so far have a job that has something to do with the class they are teaching. When it is offered, the real world experiece and perspective is nice.

3 College Junior

Online Courses: I have had only a few instructors that regularly interact with the class in the discussion boards. Most instructors simply offer the introduction to the week's assignments and offer grades and a little feedback.

3 College Junior

Overall Experience: I appreciate the flexibility of online only classes. If I could do this all over again, I would investigate a few more schools before enrolling at the first school I looked into.

College Junior

Student Body: I am an online only student. I have very little interaction with my classmates outside of the discussion boards.

3 College Junior

Tuition & Financial Aid: I think most college tuition is a little high. I have had little luck with financial aid because I do not qualify for anything more than loans.

College Junior

Facilities: I am an online student, so even if any of these facilities are offered, I have not used them and am not qualified to rank them.

3 College Junior

Career Services: I receive a regular newsletter from the career center, and it often includes potential job opportunities. I am not at a point in my career or school career that I have had much contact with the career center or an almuni network.

4 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: I am an online student, so scheduling has been a non-issue. I can study after my kids go to bed, or at work, or on the weekend. My primary struggle as an online student comes in the discussion posts. It is often difficult to work at my own pace when I have to wait for other students to post.

I am not sure how many of my credits would have transferred because my post high school major was pretty specialized, but I did not receive any feedback on how many credits may have transferred.

4 College Junior

Online Courses: I have been doing quite well in classes. Love the online classes!

1 College Junior

Tuition & Financial Aid: I am so upset with my experience. i cant even tell you. i have no financial aid left, fet all A's and now I can't finish my Nursing program.

College Junior

Online Courses: im in one now, i get all A's and this easy online class is the biggest headache ever. Im glad this is my first and only one.

4 College Freshman

Tuition & Financial Aid: The cost is a little high but the education and all the support is worth every penny. And financial aid process is excellent. They make sure all the t's are crossed and the i's dotted.

Campus Resources: Rare User – I don't usually use the network at school, but the couple of times I did it was fine, had no issues.

3 College Freshman

Campus Resources: Satisfactory Thus Far – I am still kind of new, but resources that I have needed thus far they have been able to accomadate. We have no athletic center but most of us are not there for sports. There are always workshops available and job fairs every quarter.

3 College Freshman

Student Body: Wide Variety – This school has every type of person, working adults, returning after many years, recent high school graduates, Army/Military service people, persons with physical or mental challeges and every race/ethnic background you can think of. The students are very supportive of each other, they make going back to school a little easier too.

4 College Freshman

Overall Experience: Great Back to Scool Experience – I was afraid to return to school after many years of being out but at NAU everyone is very helpful. The staff held my hand thought the whole admission process. Helped me to understand and complete financial aid. So far all my instructors have made it easy for me to get extra help when I need. The entire staff/faculty makes you really feel like they are there for you, they want me to learn and graduate. I would choose this school again and recommend it to any adults wanting to go back to school definately choose National American University.

3 College Sophomore

Tuition & Financial Aid: Lower Tuitions and Great Final Aid Representatives – The cost of tuition is lower than a lot of universities. Also the adviser's in the financial aid office are extremely helpful. They help you to work out ways to be able to make your payments. They also make the process really easy.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: I love how the Campus's are small, and have a small school feel. The class sizes are always small (around 15 students max.). It is very helpful when learning difficult subjects, because there is more opportunity to work one on one with the teacher. I also love how the teachers are usually very flexible.

4 College Junior

Academic Experience: Thought I Could Breeze Through – I thought I could just breeze right through this degree, I was wrong!! It has been challenging. The teachers are more than willing to help on homework as often as needed which has been a great support.

4 College Junior

Campus Resources: Campus Extras – we have great tutors in our learning lab, with very open hours. We have different parties for special occasions. On friday we are going to feed the starving children, so volunteer programs are also available. Administration is around when you need them.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: Love My School – I love the small classes and the one on one time with the teachers. It feels like family. Everyone is fexible and wants to help meet your needs.

3 College Junior

Campus Resources: The campus that I currenlty attend is always on top of their game with the willingness to help their students. National American University is so convienent for the working class that have hard schedules to find time to attend college.

3 College Freshman

Career Services: I Haven't Used Career Service – I haven't used it at all since I'm still in only my 3rd semester

3 College Junior

Tuition & Financial Aid: No Problems or Hassels – I just had to send for transcript to figure where i'm at credit wise
