4 College Senior

Academic Flexibility: You can virtually create your own schedule, within limits. Every professor is more than willing to give extra time on late homework, and the classes are very easy to attend.

3 College Senior

Online Courses: They're ok, but the workload and topics don't feel as closely related as in a classroom.

4 College Senior

Overall Experience: The school is an enjoyable place to be, I've made a lot of friends and had a lot of great teachers.

3 College Senior

Student Body: There is plenty of diversity throughout the college, and within the different clubs there is plenty of student interaction. However out side of the clubs there is not much interaction between the different groups of students.

Tuition & Financial Aid: Finding and receiving financial aid beyond FAFSA is rather difficult, the financial aid office is not particularly helpful, and navigating the financial aid portion of the website is difficult to say the least. There are several hidden fees in the tuition expense that are not explained very well and can be rather aggravating.

College Senior

Career Services: I have not had any experience with post-grad services and would not be able to give a response.

3 College Senior

Campus Resources: In general the resources provided by the college are adequate, there is not a lot in terms of student aid in academics, and the gym is not set up for serious fitness improvement. The library is small and understaffed, but still useful. Unfortunately the selection of books is very limited.

4 College Senior

Campus Resources: The network and wireless internet at the college are very reliable and consistent. The only issue is the printers are not available by wireless but it is a minor inconvenience.

5 College Junior

Student Body: Have lots a different cultural backgrounds in the school, which I love because I love to learn about the different places, languages and cultures

Online Courses: WAs having a bad summer this year didn't work as hard as I was supposed to with having to work part time and taking care of two children

4 College Junior

Tuition & Financial Aid: Very good atmosphere although some seem like they don't want to be there but they have too for whatever reason

5 College Senior

Online Courses: Have not taken any online classes

4 College Senior

Student Body: There is a mix of demographic, however I have not been long enough to meet newer students.

5 College Senior

Tuition & Financial Aid: This is the only degree of its kind in our area. I would pay double for this class.

4 College Junior

Campus Resources: the resources Nashua community college offers are athletic department with various sports. they also have the tutoring center, which helps every student with their school problems and any help they need.

4 College Junior

Campus Resources: i love the atrium of the school. the new health science building is so pretty. i like the campus a lot because it was very easy to get used to, and also the staff was very welcoming and supportive.

3 College Junior

Academic Experience: to have a declared major at a doesn't really make me feel any different than any other student going to the school. i don't feel like i have taken much classes that have to do with my major. i would love to but right now i feel like i am still stuck taking the prerequisite classes.

4 College Junior

Campus Resources: I would give this an A because the speed of the computers are fast, we are able to print, copy and use wifi. The only thing I would want to be different is the library hours to be open an hour or 2 earlier. This is because it opens at 8 and that's usually when my first classes begin so if I need to print or research something before class I cannot do so.

Academic Experience: the registration process at Nashua Community college is very good. all of the advisers are so helpful. i feel that they go beyond their availability to help students get what they want. the professors are always there to help students with anything needed. the tutoring center is amazing, students can walk in when ever they want to seek help. i think the school could offer more programs but over all every thing has been excellent. i feel that i have learned a lot from Nashua Community College.

3 College Junior

Academic Experience: I feel that most of my professors are good, however I did have two teachers that I did not feel I got a good learning experience from. The entire 2 1/2 hour class for the whole semester was lecture and I prefer having different activities or learning styles. I also feel that a lot of the professors expect so much from you just because you are a "college student" and they do not take too much time explaining topics. I have had professors in Algebra and English courses where they do seem to take more time to answer questions and explain things thoroughly. I guess it depends on the teaching style of the professors.

Campus Resources: the computer services at Nashua community college are very good. every computer works perfectly. i personally have never had any problems with any of the computers there. the school is not bad at all, i have liked every class i have entered, and have felt challenged to all levels.

4 College Junior

Campus Resources: There are a few things I really like about my school. I like that we have a gym which is free for students. The cafeteria area is renovated with a great menu and there is a lots of seating are. My favorite is the atrium where I can sit and study or take a break with natural light coming in above me. The school also offers free tutoring which I have taken advantage of this semester.

3 College Junior

Academic Experience: I am in the Liberal Arts Science Program. I feel like the workload is moderate. Some of teachers could do better to explain the subjects by no always doing a lecture for example, having more of a variety of learning activities in class.

3 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: Flexibility is awesome here, I can schedule my classes around my schedule. This makes going here very easy and when I am here school is my top priority. I haven't tried to transfer anywhere at this point but I have heard that the credit's at this school transfer easily.

3 College Junior

Campus Resources: Nashua Community College has always provided an excellent computer network on the campus. There are many different sections throughout the campus where computer availability is great. If there is a wait time it is not long and many students bring a laptop of their own. Connecting to the network is easy and when researching on the schools connection it is very fast.
