Overall Experience: The school is small, has friendly people, and great staff. All the staffs briefly explain things that you need to know or want to know.

Academic Experience: I only have 3 classes, and I'm doing my GED's. There is not a workload of homework, once we get into college, we have to learn to have responsibility for our own homework, and turning assignments in on due dates.

Academic Experience: It was confusing, but I go the hang of it. Didn't know there were 2 campuses when registering, I thought if I applied to the MSJC campus I was only getting classes from there on the registration screen, but instead I got both campuses.

Student Body: There is not a big range of students in a classroom, so we get to have one on one with our professors when we need help. Everyone is friendly and accepts everyone for who they are.

Tuition & Financial Aid: I receive financial aid and BOG. So, I don't pay for any of my classes, I use my financial aid for books. Because I am at a new campus I didn't know how the financial aid work, like when we would receive, but online sources helped me find my answers.

Academic Flexibility: So far, flexibility and scheduling is great for me, since I don't have a job. There hasn't been any hassles or frustrations.

Mt. San Jacinto College is filled with classes that cover an abundance of subjects. Its classes cover subjects from psychology to theater history. All of the classes are eye-openers for students who are interested in certain fields or for students who are trying to choose a field as a career goal. Through classes, students can attend different subjects and can find which one interests them the most. One unique feature that MSJC is known for is its library and learning center, which help students who need tutoring or instructions on how to properly set up an essay. The Learning Resource Center is a large room with desks and white boards for tutoring. At the end of the learning center room, computers are provided for students who need to work on group projects or need to take online tests. MSJC’s library also provides desktops and desks for students who need them for studies, and it also has Wi-Fi for students who use their own laptops. Library aids are there to answer student questions or to help them find the right books and articles for their projects. The library even has a printing room for students to print their homework. Students need to buy a copy card first in order to use the machine. The school has provided many class subjects, and tutoring has helped students improve on their studies. The school is filled with people of many personalities and interests. Some students openly express the major they are interested in, such as dancers practicing their dance routines and uniformed nurses practicing on dummies. Students have agreed that most of the students are kind and easygoing people, but they are mostly just there for their classes. Overall, this is a school that can be good for socializing with kind people or exploring other class subjects that might have been overlooked the first time.
