At Mt. SAC, students can get the full-college experience without the full college debt. We give our students the support and excellent education they need to succeed in new careers, gain admission into top-tier universities, or advance in their current line of work. We have nearly 400 degree and certificate programs, 25 support programs, and more than 50 student clubs and athletic programs. Boasting a richly diverse campus, the college is honored to be federally designated a Hispanic Serving Institution (HSI) and Asian American and Native American Pacific Islander Serving Institution (AANAPISI).

Overall, going to Mt. San Antonio College was a great experience for me. The campus is very peaceful and beautiful. I never had a bad experience at this college and professors and counselors were very understanding. I just liked the idea of going to classes and living my life as an adult. You meet new people and get to know them while also developing new friendships with people with different majors or even the same as your own. However, something I would like to see change is how some professors teach. Two professors that I had didn't teach very well and expected the students to know right away which was frustrating. Other than that, my experience with Mt. Sac was a great one.
Overall my experience has not been the greatest at Mt Sac. From the councilor's not being the best help and at times having to figure things out on my own to not having very accommodating professors. I enjoyed some of my classes more than I expected and I exceeded my expectations with my finishing grade in those classes. I ran track at the school as well and that was not the best experience. From having coaches who abuse their power and not caring about the overall well-being of their athletes. I did enjoy the people I made whilst my time being there. The neighborhood which the school resides in, is so beautiful and enjoyed being in that city. From the many different parks you can go to as well as the many different restaurants around for students to indulge in.
I think that Mt. San Antonio College has some slow bureaucracy problems that it needs to sort out, but it's overall a very supportive place for any student. I do like the transfer programs to the UC system, and how we get extra opportunities to push ourselves to success through the Honors Program.
