Off-Campus Housing: In Emmitsburg there's houses and apartments. There is always enough parking for the people that live there but if you have a party the cops usually come and make everyone move their cars. A lot of the neighbors call the cops to break up parties too. Some students choose to live in Thurmont which is a bit further away but they have more options.

Off-Campus Housing: I'm not involved in off-campus living so I do not know much about it. I have visited some off-campus houses, and they seem very nice.

College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: I am not very familiar with off-campus housing because there really is not a point in living off-campus unless you are on a sports team..

Off-Campus Housing: I do not leave off campus. However, I have heard good things. It is typically cheaper than staying on campus. A car is needed to get you to and from campus. There is some availability. I am aware of this because I have friends looking and living off campus in the nearby areas ie. Frederick.

Off-Campus Housing: I have chosen to stay on campus however I have a few friends that do live off campus they have a nice place but the parking is kind of tough when you need to come to class you have to park across the street and on cold days it's not fun.

The plus side is you don't have campus rules.
