Off-Campus Housing: I have chosen to stay on campus however I have a few friends that do live off campus they have a nice place but the parking is kind of tough when you need to come to class you have to park across the street and on cold days it's not fun.

The plus side is you don't have campus rules.

Off-Campus Housing: There are not many off-campus housing options for students enrolled at my university. There is an apartment complex located within the town about 10 minutes away from campus, but availability of space is always slim and most students don't like the distance between the complex and the campus. However, this apartment complex comes with all the freedom that college students tend to look for; no campus police, parking right next to the building, relaxed landlords, decent price; it's not a bad option. The university recently added "The Cottages" to our housing options. The Cottages are off-campus houses that students can live in that are located right on the edge of campus. However, they're really not that great. Each cottage has 10 students living in it, so it's a tight fit. Not only that, but the cottages are located directly next to the campus police office so they're always watching. Also, it doesn't give students that off-campus feel because The Cottages are located literally right on the edge of campus. The last housing option is to rent a house in the town. Most sport teams will rent a house together so they can throw huge parties and do whatever they want. This isn't a bad option so long as you have enough people willing to live there so that the price isn't overwhelming.

Off-Campus Housing: I don't live off-campus so i wouldn't know if it good or bad but I know that all freshmen have to live on campus unless your a part-timer.It better to live on campus anyway because you get to know a lot of people, not saying commuters don't get to know people but it just more family like.

Off-Campus Housing: Most of the houses are dirty

Off-Campus Housing: The mount has various options for Off-Campus Housing. They are all relatively close to campus, and from what I hear, the people who are housed off campus love it!
