4 College Sophomore

Computers: I think it's great that the school provides each student with his or her own lap top. Students also get the choice of a PC or a MacBook Pro. Students should be able to choose a computer that fits to their liking. Computer labs aren't necessary on campus because all of the online research labs are available to all students. Printing on campus is nice because they have print stations in every building. The only negative about printing is that all students are forced to pay the printing fees even if they don't use the campus printers. The network reliability is decent. All wireless networks have their glitches at times, but other than that the network is pretty good.

4 College Freshman

Computers: The computers provided are excellent, all freshmen get their own computer, either a Mac or a PC depending on choice. The computers are new and after sophomore year students are eligible for a "tech upgrade" where they will get a new updated computer. computers come with essential software already installed such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. The Wifi on campus is fairly decent, usually the speed is great, there are certain areas of campus where the speed isn't so great, but in most places it's excellent. The printers on campus are wonderful, however, you do have to pay to print on campus which isn't all that out of place. The Tech Services Center is generally helpful, they will even loan out power chords to charge computers should student forget them at home. Technology is a pretty common tool for classes, there are online quizzes, texts, or access to grades. Overall computer use on campus is phenomenal.

4 College Sophomore

Computers: The Mac Books are really nice.

5 College Sophomore

Computers: Because Morningside supplies each student with a computer, internet and wireless printing are both available all over campus, which makes getting homework completed very easy.

5 College Freshman

Computers: The computers are very good quality and tech support is there when ever you need them. They are very helpful and usually free when in need to fix your computer.
