3 College Sophomore

Academic Flexibility: The courses are all set up and you can choose which classes best fits into your schedule. There are courses during the day and some that are available during the evening.

3 College Sophomore

Online Courses: I had an online course that met once a week to discuss the work and to review the chapter. It was harder because we only had that one time to discuss everything, but what worked out was that the professor gave us her number and email in case we had questions. Of course, she encouraged us to work it out with one of our peers before contacting her.

Overall Experience: During one of my classes we got to go outside and play games in the grass that let us blow off some steam after a hard exam. There was a class we got to make face masks on each others face, and then decorate our own mask.

Student Body: My student body during the classes I have taken have been wonderful. They are filled with dedicated and hardworking students. Yes, there was a couple of those slackers, but mostly all of the students knew what degree they were pursuing and were dedicated on reaching that goal.

3 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: Depending on your class load I believe the workload was good. While doing classes I was pregnant with my first son and at no time was I feeling overstressed about my homework, tests, or exams. My professors were very understandable about how many days I would miss a class after the baby was born.

3 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: I was able to do some of the prerequisites of my degree during my high school years.

3 College Sophomore

Career Services: For my degree, a lot of the graduates have been able to find work within their community.

4 College Sophomore

Facilities: There are different locations throughout the northeast of Colorado. There are a total of 5 different locations. These locations include Wray, Fort Morgan, Burlington, Bennet, and Limon. Not only are there different locations, what is really cool is at the Wray locations high school students are able to attend classes during their high school day. What this means is that a high school student gets double credit that works for their high school diploma and their college diploma.

3 College Sophomore

Tuition & Financial Aid: The admissions office will help you locate some scholarship that you are able to apply for. They have certain scholarships available depending on your major. The tuition is reasonable and there are payment plans available to those who qualify.

Student Body: Majority of people are at the college to get their education and go home. There is a high vast range of ages of students- high school students- people who are seeking new careers.

Academic Experience: I am enrolled in the rad tech program and we just got a new instructor for the program and she is awesome! Very well organized, goal orientated, and thriving program!

3 College Senior

Academic Experience: Very low level classes. Great school if you want to get full degree there but a lot of classes don't transfer

4 College Junior

Career Services: MCC is very helpful in the career center, our professors and advisors are great in leading us to the right direction when it comes to our careers in the future.

3 College Junior

Campus Resources: We dont really have an athletic center, although that would be nice. But our student center and library is great!! We also have many great activities for students throughout the year which is great!

5 College Junior

Campus Resources: I feel that the staff we have at our college is excellent! Not only do we have great teachers but we have wonderful staff that helps us if we need any help!

4 College Junior

Campus Resources: The campus resources at MCC are great!! The college has many computers which students can chose from and even rent out laptops for those students who dont have one (which is very convenient). The network reliability is good I've never had any problems with the internet.

4 College Senior

Campus Resources: The resources available at Morgan Community College are excellent. They have a library and a student center with a total of about twenty computers and three printers. They also have several study tables to do homework at and the staff is very helpful with any questions that I may have.

2 College Senior

Academic Experience: Courses not of "true" college levels and material provided also differs from bigger universities.

3 College Senior

Academic Experience: The courses are not as difficult as courses once you leave the high school setting - it sets the students up for a level of failure as they have a false representation of what their college courses will be.

4 College Senior

Tuition & Financial Aid: It isn't too expensive, plus with the dual-enrollment credits my high school reimburses me some of the money.

3 College Senior

Campus Resources: Not many resources at my location. No tutoring or anything like that, just career help and planning.

4 College Senior

Academic Flexibility: Dual-enrollment classes make it easy to get credits. It's great!

5 College Senior

Overall Experience: Its a good experience before heading off to a university.

4 College Junior

Academic Experience: Professors at MCC – The academics offered at MCC are good. The entire staff at MCC are wonderful! They are so helpful to all of us students, and willing to give anything in order to help us succeed in completing our dreams and our goals in life.

4 College Junior

Campus Resources: Library and Student Services – The library and student services at MCC are incredible. There is always someone there to help guide you in your research or homework, or anything that you need! There are always students in the student center studying in groups, and kicking back, relaxing over a cup of coffee or popcorn watching tv while waiting on their next class to begin. The student services area is always a relaxable place to be, and fun to hang out in!
