I received a full scholarship and did not need financial aid.
It is a very confusing process and no one in the office is able to explain the ordeal.
I have received most of the Financial Aid I need, but have had issues with a "student verification process" for the longest time. It is a very confusing ordeal and the staff at Enrollment Services/Financial Aid has not reached out to me personally, I only receive emails asking for forms and what they need, over and over again. I've called and been met with either staff who seems rushed to get you off the phone and not offer additional help, or staff that isn't all too eager to help walk you through the process. Also, they never tell you WHY you are selected for the process, or give you deadlines on when they need everything to be submitted. So while I've been trying to figure things out on my own, I honestly feel like they leave you out in the dark. Details are needed, more details.
Very friendly staff and they always are quick to answer any questions I have whether I meet with them in person, through email, or over the phone.
The financial aid building is of no help, you are better off going to billing.
