Academic Experience at Montgomery County Community College - Central Campus:
My courses have been really manageable, and there are a lot of options available as far as classes are concerned. (Distance learning, weekend and night classes are available!)
Facilities at Montgomery County Community College - Central Campus:
From what I have seen, the facilities on campus are about average. Then again, it is a 2-year school and mostly a commuter campus, so essentially you "get what you pay for" -- which is okay, because tuition and everything else is really budget-friendly! I think that the academic options and flexible plans are what makes this school stand out against others. On another note, though . . . I cannot judge too harshly on the facilities; I live off-campus and only take one class per week on campus, so I don't need to venture very far and have not explored nearly enough of the campus itself.
Overall Experience at Montgomery County Community College - Central Campus:
At 25, I was hesitant about going back to school. Montgomery College made the entire application process extremely straightforward and easy, as well as applying for and obtaining financial aid that I needed. I would definitely choose to go here again, despite my plans to transfer elsewhere when I am able. I think that it is a great stepping stone, and an option for those who are looking to get back into the groove of things, like I was!
