Overall Experience at Montgomery County Community College - Central Campus: I have been beyond pleased with my experience at MCCC. I highly reccomend it to many people, whether they have families and are looking to go back to school, or students right out of high school who don't want to graduate college with unthinkable amounts of debt. If I could go back and replay the last two years after I graduated, I wouldn't do anything differently. I have loved all my professors and the courses I have taken, and was thankful that it was all at a reasonable cost.

Facilities at Montgomery County Community College - Central Campus: While I don't think there are too many factors that set Montco apart from any other community college, I feel that the faculty goes above and beyond to make it an enjoyable and convenient experience for the student. I always felt that the advisors did an exceptional job of adjusting each individual's personal schedule.

Campus Resources at Montgomery County Community College - Central Campus: I was very pleased with all the resources offered at the Pottstown Campus. I have never been to the Central Campus in Blue Bell, however I have heard there is much to offer there as well. I was especially pleased with the availability of computer labs, the extensive library, and the advising center.

Campus Resources at Montgomery County Community College - Central Campus: I was very pleased with all the computer technology at Pottstown Campus. I felt as though there was always a surplus of computers available in one of the two computer labs for students, and I was always happy with the speed of them. Also, printers and copiers were always more than available to students within the computer labs and library. I found myself using them often, and was pleased with the convenience of having them there. I also was very impressed with the wifi network that is avaible at the campus. It is hassle free and always fast, and I never have an issue connecting, even on my phone!

Online Courses at Montgomery County Community College - Central Campus: I did not take any online courses at my current community college, therefor I am unable to give an opinion on them.

Tuition & Financial Aid at Montgomery County Community College - Central Campus: I recieved no financial aid at my current college due to not qualifying, therefor I cannot give a valid opinion in regards to their procedure. However, I paid out of pocket for every semester on a deferred payment plan. I wish that the school offered some type of auto-deduct system from my accounts, which was not an option whatsoever. I had to make sure that I submitted my payment by a certain time every month, where I was required to manually enter my credit card info every single time. I felt this was inconvenient and that it would have been more efficient for them to have all this info on file, rather then having to re-enter it every month. If I missed a payment even by a day, this was also an inconvenience because I wasn't able to enter my information on the virtual payment portal, but rather had to go into the financial office and give all my information there. This was an inconvenience on several occasions.

Academic Flexibility at Montgomery County Community College - Central Campus: My school experience at MCCC has been very convenient in relation to my schedule. When I would schedule my classes, I would tell the advisor the days which I was available, and they would schedule my classes on those days only. Transferring credits was also an easy task which was done efficiently and quickly. I would fill out a short form in regards to where I wanted my transcripts sent, and the school's administration would have them sent to my potential school within a week or so.

Student Body at Montgomery County Community College - Central Campus: There is a wide range of diversity at Montgomery County Community College. This can be a good thing and a bad thing also. There is really no sense of 'community' or 'campus life' as it is a community college. There are areas to get involved, but not nearly as many as there would be at a university. The fact that there are no dorms and everyone commutes really creates a division between most students, and you wouldn't attend this school expecting to make friends. There are students of many ages, ranging from those still in high school for dual enrollment, and people in their fifties looking to earn a degree. This is something I always enjoyed about the college.

Career Services at Montgomery County Community College - Central Campus: I have not yet graduated from my school as I am transferring to a nursing school to complete my degree. Therefore I can not really comment on the above topics.

Academic Experience at Montgomery County Community College - Central Campus: Being a nursing student at Montco is a good experience with many opportunities for classes. As a transfer student I have been able to complete my prerequisites before nursing school, and I have been happy with all my science professors. Several class times on several different days are offered, which provides flexibility and gives students with jobs the opportunity to study and schedule classes according to their schedule. MCCC makes resources pertaining to nursing directly available.

Academic Experience at Montgomery County Community College - Central Campus: As a community college, I have been absolutely thrilled with everything that Montgomery County Community College has to offer. I have been beyond pleased with all of my professors, as many of them are highly qualified to teach in their area of expertise. There is a surplus of courses offered at different levels, offering a diversity of options for students to choose from. The college offers specific courses that apply to transfer programs, and also many elective courses for enjoyment such as arts, music and theatere. I have been more than pleased with the academic options at Montgomery County Community College.

Online Courses at Montgomery County Community College - Central Campus: I never took them so far

Facilities at Montgomery County Community College - Central Campus: It's very small but spacious area if that makes any senes. There are 4 buildings and a grass field with paths in between all of them. The buildings are very clean and all look modern and up to date. The library is the best place to study and "chill".

Career Services at Montgomery County Community College - Central Campus: A community college is either for students trying to get a quick degree and a job. Or to play it smart, get their degree cheap and finish at a bigger college. I'm going with the latter, and Montco has a lot of great transfer agreements.

Student Body at Montgomery County Community College - Central Campus: I dont feel like I've gone there long enough to really give an opinion

Online Courses at Montgomery County Community College - Central Campus: I am more in-class person to learn than online.

Overall Experience at Montgomery County Community College - Central Campus: It depends on the professors who teaches, but you make a lot of friends who are on the campus for help. I would chose to redo my year with a better year without losing my financial aid in my second semesters than to pay 2K for 4 classes.

Student Body at Montgomery County Community College - Central Campus: There are very different transfer students that take classes at the main campus, and there are many international students that come in the community college

Facilities at Montgomery County Community College - Central Campus: There is a lot opportunity to join clubs, and there is usually a robot competitions every year at the P.E. building.

College Junior

Career Services at Montgomery County Community College - Central Campus: I haven't really gone to the career center, or the job prospects. So I really do not know.

Campus Resources at Montgomery County Community College - Central Campus: The college hall holds most all the help from tutors, the use of the computers and using the quiet rooms on the third floor. I really like the quiet conferences room for my studies with other students and to oneself. Campus activities are fun with different clubs involve using on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Campus Resources at Montgomery County Community College - Central Campus: The wireless networks is very easy to access to for being a student at the college. I am able to use up to 4 personal electronics (tablet, laptop, phone, and iPod). For printing out projects or papers, students must use the schools laptops or computers to be able to print their work. In the science center, in the engineering rooms, there is little signal for phones that are using only data from their phone company plan.

Tuition & Financial Aid at Montgomery County Community College - Central Campus: Financial aid helps each semester and even the upcoming between classes. But once you fail or have an incomplete classes, you have to pay the credits for the next semester classes.

Academic Flexibility at Montgomery County Community College - Central Campus: When I first schedule my fall classes, I was so frustrated that i could pick out my own classes with the right times and was put in the wrong major two times. The advisors are nice but not really pushing the idea with not a lot of information to be specific.

Academic Experience at Montgomery County Community College - Central Campus: In the science center, there is a study room that was built by engineering students. The room is used as a study are for engineering students, which it is connected to the two rooms (plain classroom and the engineering lab that both are usable). There are engineering facilities are always welcoming towards engineering students who have trouble with not just engineering courses. All classwork and projects can be turned in electronically and/ or hand in physically. Most assignments are online on Black Board.
