Off-Campus Housing: I live in the off campus apartments in Pier Village. They are great and in a very busy, fun area.

Off-Campus Housing: I transferred and lived in the University Bluffs formally known as the Diplomats or "Dips". Monmouth owns this complex and the apartments at Pier Village. The Bluffs are one room two student apartments. Monmouth does not provide anything besides the very basic furniture such as desk, table, and chairs. Everything else one must bring. The Bluffs are basically beach apartments and although I heard many complaints of mildew and mold mine was fine. Pier Village is more pricer and much nicer. Pier Village are actual apartments with two rooms four per apartment. If you can afford it I'd say Pier Village but i'd take the bluffs any day. 5 minute drive to campus.

College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: I have never lived off campus, but many students do and enjoy.

Off-Campus Housing: Very nice area. Close to the mall and beach. Quiet area makes it difficult to have parties without being shut down. Very relaxing.

Off-Campus Housing: A lot of off campus housing is in sketchy locations and is very high-priced, however there are many diamonds in the rough.
