3 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: Only a few places are really close to campus. Some are farther away and some cost more. It's rather average to any other college town, I would imagine.

4 College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: A lot of off-campus housing options provide deals to first-time tenants. It is easier to find housing when you already have room mates to live with in order to sign the lease. The more expensive housing options are directly beside campus, but other options are throughout Starkville in apartments, houses, etc. There are a lot of choices for living, it is just a matter of how far from campus you would like to be.

College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: I have not yet lived on off-campus housing. I am just using information I have heard from friends

3 College Senior

Off-Campus Housing: Depending on what you want, there will be an availability for anything. Price is hardly an issue, as it is a much less expensive area than some college towns. I rarely hear of anyone complaining about parking on campus.

4 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: I am living off-campus this year and it will be cheaper than when I was staying on campus. The staff at the apartments I will be staying at are helpful and readily available for residents.
