3 College Junior

Campus Resources: Activities are boring and no one goes to them. Games are goods the library as well. We have no student center.

4 College Junior

Campus Resources: Whenever i need the internet or other sources its there for me.

2 College Junior

Online Courses: Online students are not real to instructors. They take their time to complete things wit any online student

3 College Junior

Career Services: Their are no job prospects.

3 College Junior

Overall Experience: Campus living and eating expenses is just ridiculous.

4 College Junior

Campus Resources: MDCC is small and I have meet so many nice people. The live on campus and the women's dorm is failrly new. I can walk to classes without any problems. The only thing not accomodating is that we have to drive at least 10 miles to the nearest fast food resturant, or any resturant for different food.

4 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: I choose this school because I was offered an atheletic scholarship and Dean Scholarship. I know that my classes will transfer to a Mississippi university when I finish with Junior College. I can work my schedule around softball and other activities that I particiapte in at MDCC.

4 College Junior

Academic Experience: I am just now taking my required classes in order to eventually enroll in classes for my major when I transfer to MSU.

4 College Junior

Academic Experience: The professors have been available to assist me with concerns that I have had in the past. They sit down me to answer any questions that I may have with the classes that i have and am enrolled in today. My Advisor has been great in helping me with my classes together to take and to make all can transfer to MSU.

Online Courses: MY ONLINE CLASS DIFFER ALOT THAN IN CLASS. IN CLASS IS MORE UNDERSTANDABLE. ONLINE IS A BIG CHALLENG WHEN YOU HAVE TO DO IT ALL YOURSELF

3 College Junior

Career Services: I am still a student and the service is good, but could use a few more workers.

4 College Sophomore

Career Services: with the technical degree program i am persuing, they have very good job placement and are very helpful

4 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: The classes are small enough to where you can get individual help if needed and the instructors are very understanding and helpful. This Jr. college is in a very small town so everyone is very friendly.

4 College Senior

Campus Resources: One thing I love about MDCC is the Center of Learning. They have tutors and studying resources to help with most classes from sciences and maths to writing papers. It also gives opportunites for students to work there a few hours a week to help tutor. I have spent a lot of time in there the past year and a half.

4 College Senior

Academic Experience: I have learned a tremendous amount of information attending MDCC. I have taken classes from World Lit and Psychology to Physics and Calculus. The teachers try hard to explain everything simply and work with you if you don't understand. I have learned things I never thought I would have been able to.

3 College Senior

Online Courses: The technical side was pretty simple. However, the teacher was rather hard to get ahold of. I had issues with my tests because my computer had a virus and I needed to be able to retake the test. I had to go up the chain of command to finally get her to cooperate. This is the only online course I have taken and have been told that this teacher is notorious for being difficult. That online courses aren't usually this frustrating. Besides that, the experience was pleasant and was very convenient.

5 College Freshman

Student Body: There are students at MDCC from all over America. I have met MANY new people who have all helped me in some ways or others. Most of the students are friendly. People who are unfriendly normally do not participate in activities with other students. I feel confident that if I needed anything I could ask most anyone who is even just walking by.

5 College Freshman

Academic Flexibility: My teachers will set up their classes in a way to work around students other classes. The teachers are wonderful in teaching and helping students in any way possible to make sure they are successful in life and in the students career. I haven't had to transfer credits from MDCC yet but i have had to transfer credits to MDCC which was kind of frustrating. Overall I have had a really pleasant experience.

5 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: I am presently majoring in a technical program and plan on continuing my carrer at a university. i think I will be very well prepared when i transfer

5 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: my teachers and professsors have been great and very helpful. They are also very fair. I have learned a great deal while at MDCC and have enjoyed my 2 years there

5 College Junior

Campus Resources: the computer network at MDCC is very up to date and very reliable. so far it has not shut down and all of the computers, fax machines, printers, ect. are very up to date and are in very good condition.

4 College Junior

Tuition & Financial Aid: The education that i am receiving is well worth the tuition that i paid. the people at the financial aid office were very helpful and very patient. the tips i have for getting financial aid is apply early, and when writing an essay of why you deserve it always be honest about your financial situation.

4 College Senior

Campus Resources: My School – My school is Mississippi Delta Community College known as MDCC and I rate it an A- because the facilities on campus are soo friendly and understanding, bathrooms are very clean and classrooms are descent. On the other hand the yard is in need of cutting and cleaning on the main campus. Also, the bathroom hall could use a good cleaning on the main campus.
