Campus Housing: I feel for the cost the living situation could be better

3 College Student

Campus Housing: I live in one of the newest dorms on campus. It is suite style, meaning I have one roommate and then we share a bathroom with two other girls. Our bathroom and sink are cleaned once a week. Since there is no communal bathroom our social atmosphere is not that high. I do a sport so that helps with the social aspect. The cost is average. I am unsure about the housing process.

Campus Housing: There are many options for different numbers of individuals living together. It is often a hectic process for students, but the university makes it as simple as possible and is flexible with students needs.

Campus Housing: I love the fact that all the rooms have sinks, you may think its dumb now but it really isn't

3 College Freshman

Campus Housing: Depending on where you live, housing can be great or average. Most buildings are very clean and provide a wonderful environment to live in but it is expensive to live on campus. The process for finding a place to live can also be hectic because there is no guarantee you will get housing on campus.

The dorm community forms a mini-family. Students on each floor of the dorms have close relationships with everyone from their neighbors to their RA. It's quiet in the dorms during the week, but on the weekends and when RAs plan activities, there's always a crowd. Students play video games in the lounges or just watch movies, but they always invite passers-by to hang out. RAs are always planning mini-parties and events for specific dorm floors, like pizza parties and other food gatherings for students to attend. Most RAs hold movie nights or game nights for students, too. All in all, there is always something going on in the dorms.

Generally, the dorms are always clean. A cleaning lady comes in once a week to clean the bathrooms in all of the buildings, and she is always up for a chat when students walk by. All of the dorms are newly renovated with up-to-date furniture that can be moved around to suit students' preferences. Often, the furniture can be bunked or lofted, and students are given a handbook during move-in day that shows the different ways they can fix up their room.
