2 College Junior

Transportation: They have taxis and they are expensive. I have heard they are late a lot of the times. There are also busses. I don't use the transportation since I have a car.

3 College Student

Transportation: Public Transportation is okay. There are buses that run throughout the day but they have pretty specific routes. There are also a few inexpensive taxi services available 24/7.

3 College Junior

Transportation: I've noticed more public buses around town, but I have never utilized them myself (I have my own car). A lot of students will get rides with their friends, car pooling is big. But, if you live on campus you can walk everywhere unless you need to get groceries. The campus also offers a taxi that will pick you up for free if you are out somewhere and unable to drive back or get a ride back safely.

3 College Freshman

Transportation: Minot state university has a public bus stop right next to the campus. there are some place that you can walk to there are near the campus. however if you are a student and do not live on campus it is better to have your own vehicle or transportation because some places you need to go tend to be far. some students that do have there own vehicles and live on campus are nice enough to share rides with students that do not have there own transportation.

3 College Sophomore

Transportation: Walking Is the Best Option – Our school is small enought that we do not need campus shuttles cars to get from one side of campus to the other. Walking is the best option as many parking lots require designated passes. A car is a good idea for travel across town or home though.
