Online Courses at Minnesota School of Business - Shakopee: Prefer not to do online classes. Prefer to actually have an instructor.

Tuition & Financial Aid at Minnesota School of Business - Shakopee: Good all around so far. Everything pretty clear. Plan on enrolling for October.

Tuition & Financial Aid at Minnesota School of Business - Plymouth: I feel that the cost of my education is definitely worth the education I am getting. The program is far more streamlined than a conventional four-year college, so I will be receiving my Bachelor's Degree in three years rather than four. This means that I will have an advantage over others earning their degree traditionally, as I will be able to join the workforce sooner, and will be able to have experience while others are finishing their final year. The financial aid department was able to answer any of my questions, and when I encountered a problem, they were able to help me sort it out quickly. They have also followed up with me to make sure things were going as they should.

Overall Experience at Minnesota School of Business - Plymouth: I would choose this school all over again, because the thought of going back to school after 25 years was very intimidating. They were very helpful in making sure that my experience would allow me to obtain the degree that I am looking for without making it overwhelming. They helped me to tailor my experience to my comfort level while letting me know that any changes necessary would be okay. I have really felt that they want me to succeed as a person, and not just a student ID.

Campus Resources at Minnesota School of Business - Plymouth: They have so many different resources to help with your education; as I am an online student, I can only speak of those assets. I have access to a campus library where I can not only do my own research, but can ask for help from actual librarians during their business hours. There is a career center in which you can start from day one working toward your goal of finding a job in your field. They really do want to see you succeed and will help you in whatever capacity they can, whether it be interviewing, your resume, networking, work study or internships.

College Freshman

Campus Resources at Minnesota School of Business - Plymouth: As I am an online student, I have no knowledge of their campus. I will say that I have only once had a problem with logging in when I first started, and within minutes of placing a phone call to their Tech Support, I was logged in and on my way to learning!

Academic Flexibility at Minnesota School of Business - Plymouth: I am enrolled in MSB - Online classes, as those are the best fit for me. The staff has been very helpful in setting up my financial aid, offering recommendations of classes that I should take first because they are prerequisites for other classes that I am required to take to earn my degree, answering questions and helping me become familiar with their policies and procedures and the various tools that they offer to help me succeed, both while in school and after I graduate. I do not have credits to transfer, so I have no experience in that regard. I also have not started my classes yet, but feel prepared to do so when they start March 31st. They have helped make my experience a lot less scary!

Academic Experience at Minnesota School of Business - Richfield: I do feel a little like some of the classes are redundant and unnecessary, but the coursework fits my learning goals.

College Junior

Campus Resources at Minnesota School of Business - Richfield: I have not used on campus resources - I'm attending online.

Campus Resources at Minnesota School of Business - Richfield: I'm an online student - do not utilize campus resources, but the "online campus" still has great library and career service resources available.

Academic Flexibility at Minnesota School of Business - Richfield: Coursework can be completed on campus or online so the experience is customizable to my family needs.

4 College Sophomore

Career Services at Minnesota School of Business - Waite Park: From what I have heard this is a strong feature for the school. I have not had to deal with them yet.

2 College Sophomore

Tuition & Financial Aid at Minnesota School of Business - Waite Park: Financial aid was very confusing and had not confidence when answering (attempting to answer) my questions. Tuition is extremely expensive. It should be more than a state school but not quadruple!

4 College Sophomore

Facilities at Minnesota School of Business - Waite Park: I really like and appreciate the small class sizes.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Resources at Minnesota School of Business - Waite Park: Haven't used many resources but rumor has it the library is great.

2 College Sophomore

Campus Resources at Minnesota School of Business - Waite Park: I have not had a good experience in my two quarters with network reliability. I am hesitant to take online classes because of this. Network reliability does not seem to be a priority to them.

3 College Sophomore

Student Body at Minnesota School of Business - Waite Park: GE classes are very segregated by programs of study.

4 College Sophomore

Online Courses at Minnesota School of Business - Waite Park: I learn better in a classroom setting but like the convenience of online courses.

3 College Sophomore

Academic Flexibility at Minnesota School of Business - Waite Park: Scheduling accounting classes has not been easy.

3 College Sophomore

Overall Experience at Minnesota School of Business - Waite Park: I feel the education is top shelf but the education department is not very organized. More accounting classes need to be offered residential.

4 College Sophomore

Academic Experience at Minnesota School of Business - Waite Park: The director is great. She understands balancing work, school and family.

3 College Sophomore

Academic Experience at Minnesota School of Business - Waite Park: There are not enough classes offered in my program residential.
