It's gotten a lot better since I was a freshmen. The food is made with healthier materials and there are much more organic options than GMO options. There's only one cafeteria, and it runs mainly average cafeteria hours. As long as someone mans the register, it can stay open pretty late.
The Nom Nom Café has some pretty decent options and are vegetarian and vegan conscience. It isn't exactly gourmet, thus the B rating.
Better Then Before – There was a new-and-improved system put in place recently. The food is ton's better than before, however, it is overpriced. Also, the contract signed with the new food company required the campus vending machines to be removed and a "marketplace" was put in. The market sells the same sorts of things vending machines do, but nothing is under $2.00. Very pricy for a little bag of chips or a poptart...
The student union offers reasonably priced food though, however, there is a limited selection, so it gets old, and sometimes run out of things.
Decent Food, Great Variety, Decent Cafeteria – Cooks are friendly, food is sometimes cooked poorly most of them time its relatively healthy, but it varies anywhere from mexican to italian to japanese to american food all the time (great variety), only one dining hall (Harley Davidson designed it, its very gray, kind of ugly, but still a very pleasant atmosphere). Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served daily, meal plans: can eat 3 times, 2 times, or once a day. Its always open to get a snack and a drink, not a full meal though. Lots of coffeehouses and a little less than 'lots' of restaurants around campus.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
