4 College Student

Overall Experience: I enjoyed the school because the faculty were easy to access and some of them knew me whenever I walked by. I also enjoyed learning from my teachers because they seemed to really enjoy what they were teaching and they taught in a manner that made it pretty easy for me to understand.

Overall Experience: I really enjoyed my professors and what they taught. The classes were small enough that I was able to connect with the professors pretty well.

Overall Experience: I had no interaction with the student career office on campus. There were two job fairs. I went to one, but did not get a job there because I had a job lined up outside of the fair.

3 College Student

Student Body: There was a nice diversity among the students in many different measures.

Tuition & Financial Aid: With the financial aid I applied for I pretty much went to Midland College for free. The only thing I paid for was a few CLEP tests.

3 College Student

Campus Resources: Personally I have not used a lot of the resources on campus, but from what I have heard they are pretty good.

4 College Senior

Facilities: I like the fact that the college offers a legacy scholarship to just about every student who can qualify and may even be transfered.

5 College Senior

Online Courses: I can say I love the teachers i have had because they are understanding. The teachers do ask for communication to your peers so you can ask for help. The registration process is required for you to go when you are new. Workload depends on your classes.

4 College Senior

Career Services: There are people available at the career center that do commit to you individually to find a job. If you are motivated then so are they.

4 College Senior

Student Body: People are very focused in school and I see many that struggle but never give up. You have many people especially from out of the country to just have an experience to learn.

4 College Senior

Academic Flexibility: The college has class times that work with my schedule and at times is very difficult to get to. I have not had much of a problem.

4 College Senior

Tuition & Financial Aid: The tuition is free for me because of the scholarship I applied for. It is expensive but not as much as compared to others because it is a communtity college. The financial process does take a while but you are notified if you are able to recieve that money before classes start. It is always better to get a heads start to avoid long lines when classes start. I would recommend to never wait for the last moment to apply for financial aid

Campus Resources: The student center is helpful and the library is huge. The library has employees who are more than welcomed to help when you are new to the campus. Campus activities are always posted in the student center where the kitchen is great. Events always occur and some are free with just a valid student ID.

Campus Resources: Computer labs are always available through certain times and have a phone number so you can have the schedule for available for times. Printing is always free in classrooms and labs. Network availability is just about 100 % sure unless the campus has difficulty accessing it.You are welcome to grab your own computer and go through a process to get it checked to access the campus network. If you need a personal computer or printer and dont have it, the college can offer or help you maintain one.

Overall Experience: I love that the set of teachers I have will take the time to work with you when they are available. Any questions in class can be answered if asked when having trouble understanding. Its unique because of the basketball team we have, Midland College Chaps. I would do it again because of the experience I have had there.

4 College Student

Overall Experience: I have loved my experience here. I wouldn't change anything.

3 College Student

Facilities: Everything at this college is good. If any thing should change I think it should be the website midland college has it's hard to navigate if you don't know where to look.

4 College Student

Student Body: Everyone really acts like they've known each other for a long time.

College Student

Career Services: Haven't dealt with the area yet.

3 College Student

Academic Flexibility: Classes were very flexible as long as you informed the teacher of any illness, trips with college teams and etc. I had trouble transferring credits, but it got fixed right away.

4 College Student

Campus Resources: Everything is really clean, easy to find and, everyone on staff is very helpful.

3 College Student

Campus Resources: It could be better, but I know the connection was old and they are changing that now. Printing was good sometimes when there would be a lot of students printing research or homework all at the same time, it got mixed up but nothing that could be fixed.

3 College Student

Online Courses: I'm one of those people that learn better in the classroom, but I have found it easy to work on homework when taking online classes. Also I can be in the comfort of my home to do the assignments, I can get a hold of the professor any time of the day, Student contact is bad, and registration could be easier

3 College Student

Academic Experience: Sometimes I think the teachers are still learning how to teach with in my major, because they are not very organized.

3 College Student

Academic Experience: It could be easier to registar or reapply, if the college would just send you the forms you need to finish filling out, or to use to reapply with.
