Computers: There are plenty of computer labs, and they're rarely ever full - because everyone uses their own computers. There aren't any large wifi dead-zones, but there are definitely spots on campus where its not quite as strong as other places. That said, most places you'd ever want to do work, there's at least halfway decent wifi available. Printing is basically free - the cost per page is minimal, and you're given $60 of credit per semester included with tuition. I have yet to meet anyone who's used all $60 of credit.

Computers: Never had a problem with availability/connection

Computers: Computers (and good ones at that are available in the libraries) but everyone has a laptop so it's sort of a moot point. It would be really hard to get along without a laptop. The internet is fine, it's even good if you have ethernet, but the printing tends to be inconvenient.

Computers: All you will need – Every computer you have will be taken care of. Students on financial aid are given a new laptop when they arrive. All programs you may need can be gotten for free from tech services.

Computers: wireless is great and fast and available everywhere - for added speed, ethernet cables can be used in all dorm rooms.

laptops are helpful and most people have them but there are computers for student use in almost every building on campus so there will always be one nearby for use, especially in the libraries.

if you have a Mac, the school bookstore is a licensed Apple store and can fix your computer in a day or two usually. always within a week, even if it needs to be sent out

Middlebury sports a fully functional wired and wireless network in all of the residence halls and academic buildings, as well as computer labs dotted throughout campus. Considering the size of the school, Middlebury has more than enough computers to go around—both Macs and PCs. All of the lab computers are in good condition and connected to the network. However, even with the availability of computers and a 24-hour lab, most students bring their own laptops. It is nice to be able to work in the comfort of your own dorm, as Facebook stalking people on a public computer can be awkward!

You will almost never have to worry about getting access to a computer on campus, except during finals week, when you may have to try a few computer labs before you track down a vacant spot. There is a broad range of software in the labs, all available for student use. If you ever “lose” that 20-page paper, there is a help desk staffed by students who can recover lost files, uncover the intricacies of lab software, or give you suggestions on how to avoid future computer meltdowns. Furthermore, the system, with its endless reels of server space, allows for the brilliant exchange of movies, music files, and more within the network.
