3 College Junior

Health & Safety: There are emergency phones located on campus, but the campus is open to anyone and is located right in the heart of Downtown Denver so you always need to be cautious.

3 College Freshman

Health & Safety: Being located downtown comes with the safety precautions that must be taken while in a city, but either than that I do not have any concerns. I would suggest taking daytime classes because being in the city at night is always going to be less safe than it is during the day. I have never been on campus and night though, so do not take my word to heart. However, I always feel safe on the campus. I have been going to the Auraria campus for almost a year now and I walk by myself all the time and I have never felt threatened or unsafe.

3 College Freshman

Health & Safety: A lot of theft, assault, and particularly in my entire first year at MSU there was a flasher running around campus ( for the entire year, seriously getting updates on my e-mail everyday about it). The campus police aren't really around often and I rarely see them around at night. The campus station is visible but I feel like in an inconvenient spot on campus. There are a lot of emergency phones however but I think there should be more security at the train stations on campus more often. Especially at night. And better lighting across the entire campus.

4 College Junior

Health & Safety: The Health Center is very convient and helpful.

4 College Freshman

Health & Safety: I generally feel very safe on campus. However, walking on campus after dark is a bit frightening.
