Overall Experience: Good atmosphere, mostly like the library.

College Junior

Career Services: I have not yet utilized the post-grad services at my school.

3 College Junior

Overall Experience: Haven't seen many employers recruiting on campus.

Tuition & Financial Aid: Just like any other college or university, education is far over priced.

Campus Resources: The Mesa community college campus is very big. The have a Big two story library which is always my to-go place to study and use the computers for homework. They have student stores all over the campus, great clubs to join. Great electives and sports to join, my personal favorite volleyball.

Tuition & Financial Aid: I love that I can pay the low tuition and have the option to transfer to a university. At $84 a credit hour you cant really beat it! My school offered flexible easy payment plans, and it was pretty easy to get financial aid. I definitely suggest students file for financial aid early. Mesa community college is definitely a school I can recommend to people.

Tuition & Financial Aid: I am still considered an out of state student my tuition is ridiculously high, so no I am not a happy camper, but next semester it will go down dramatically and I feel is a very fare fee. Financial aid is soooooooo easy and they are amazingly helpful, I was very frustrated,if you have issues or questions it's best to go in, I waited a long time thinking it would show up on MyMaricopa Student Center, I was wrong and received my financial aid late. That was my fault, this time everything is good to go.

Wait time during the summer is like 20 minutes, during school an hour to an hour and a half. Still not that bad compared to my old college which was an iffy even if you got see someone at all, even waiting there all day. Anywho, they are amazing,

Did not transfer credits, so no idea.

Academic Experience: I cant say it's great because I am only a freshman here at MCC, I mean compared to the other colleges I have attended it has a decent amount of majors. It was the only Maricopa CC that had a basic Business course, which opened windows to multiple career paths and not narrowed down to a few. My work load is pretty heavy as I am not used to online courses my Accounting and Business Course all work is online. But the faculty is amazing in understanding that real life problems happen and that adjustments can be made. NEVER EVER be afraid to talk to your Instructor, they are amazing and here to help you.

Many on campus internships and jobs, go to the career center and see all there is to offer you.

Academic Experience: Kind of discussed this in the previous question, instructors are amazing, they are truly here to help, allow them to. Class registration OH MY GAWSH was the easiest thing in the world, compared to my last school where we had blocks and had to wait and be up at midnight to snag classes, you can register at any time. FREEDOM!!!! Workload all depends on the course, but most seem like a lot but most of the work in class is very very similar and it'll make homework a sinch. If you pay attention in class PAY ATTENTION you should not have problem passing.

There are a lot of programs to help with those with learning disabilities also.

Student Body: The diversity is Amazing, I did Model United Nations with Dr. Dille (HINT HINT), and so many great people from all walks of life became life long friends. I recommend everyone to take this course once, its a Spring Semester, it will change your life in so many ways and it's so much fun.

The student body is so helpful, knowledgeable, caring and supportive in every way imaginable. I have yet to meet more than two arrogant persons here at MCC, yet I have met so many brilliant ones, there is no discrimination of any kind. Be it religion, race, handicapped, we are all friends when we step on campus and you can feel it. So many different clubs to fit your personality and even the option to start your own (Which the student government will help you do).

Out of the three colleges I have gone to, this is my home. I fell in love with MCC the first day I stepped on campus.
