Drug Safety: I really have no idea about the drugs and drug activities on the campus because i don't take part in those activities nor do people openly do drugs on the campus. If it is done on campus, it is very well hidden.

Athletics: Students get really involved in our basketball and football games! There is quite a group especially for our men basketball team!

Campus Housing: I enjoy living on campus! Mercer is a really pretty school so it's nice to be living here. Although it is pretty expensive, it is worth the cost.

Diversity: I am a Korean and there are not much Asians in this school, but that does not make things harder for me! People are really nice and friendly here. It seems to me that there are more girls than guys at Mercer, but.. what's so bad about that?

3 College Freshman

Transportation: We don't have a bus due to our school being small so most students walk!

4 College Freshman

Academics: I am a nursing major and it's great because they allow students to go to the Atlanta Campus if we maintain a certain GPA! It is less work having to reapply for graduate schools

4 College Freshman

Majors: There were no essays involved but the cost is quite a lot!

I would suggest that students maintain a good GPA in highschool in order to receive a lot of university scholarship money!

4 College Freshman

Majors: I am in the 2 year program at Mercer, where I stay in Macon for 2 years then get transferred to Atlanta in 2 years! It is difficult due to needing to maintain a certain GPA but it is manageable.

4 College Freshman

Health & Safety: there are not that many crimes around here!

Mercer is a safe school!

2 College Junior

Off-Campus Dining: There is nothing for late at night that's close

3 College Junior

Diversity: There are a few pockets of discrimination, but few

Mercer provides a great overall experience for its students. It offers a good social environment, as well as an exceptional academic environment. However, it is also difficult. Even if you easily received A’s in high school, you will have to put substantial time and effort into your work here if you want to continue to get grades like that.

The professors at Mercer are passionate and often create classroom environments that are open-minded and thought-provoking. This sense of engagement and candidness can make your courses seem more exciting and worthwhile. Overall, the majority of Mercer students say they would not trade their experience at Mercer for anything.
