3 College Freshman

Student Body: My class consist of older students with a few student that may be in there late 20's there very quiet but are very smart. It's a mixture of cultures haitians, caucasian, and biracial ethnic groups. Everyone is respectful and values each others opinions

5 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: Massasoit has many intro. classes, but the higher you get the less selection you have.

Online Courses: The Main school online website is Canvas. Most Professors never touch it, but many of the Science classes are using the online textbooks to assign homework and quizzes. Such as Chemistry using MasteringChemistry. From what I have seen, they work as well as the Professor who uses them. They seem to be adjusted by the Professor and tend to be multiple choice, fill in the blank, and sorting questions. If the answer was a fill in the blank, the answer did not always have to be exact-but close. The point system is decided by the Professor. On the Mastering websites there are no peer-to-peer interactions.

Tuition & Financial Aid: The cost of the school is well worth it. Massasoit is one of the cheapest and best CC in MA. It is also one of the largest, which means there are many class times. The Finaid office is fairly good. When I first enrolled I was concerned about how my FAFSA would work when I was going part time. They explained how the school handled their end and not to worry. Sure enough I have had no issues.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: normal speeds and of course monitoring and blocking of the schools students who are currently on the computer network.

3 College Sophomore

Student Body: The student body itself is more of a high school one.

3 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: its okay cause its currently just general knowledge im gaining.

4 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: there are a lot of options, a lot still does not appeal to me.

3 College Sophomore

Facilities: Nothing special, just the community college norms

3 College Sophomore

Tuition & Financial Aid: I feel like i should have gotten more grants on my financial aid.

3 College Sophomore

Online Courses: i actually haven't taken any online courses, there just wasn't an option for it up top.

4 College Senior

Tuition & Financial Aid: I applied for financial aid and was awarded it without any question asked. Tuition is standard, and the fees expenses are what most of the bill is made up of. The financial aid was added within a few days. The value of education is worth it, considering its a community school and at a highly discounted price considering some private colleges. The financial aid office was very helpful.

3 College Freshman

Career Services: I really haven't been in the career center since I've only had 1 semester at school.

3 College Freshman

Facilities: There's really nothing that special about the campus.
