4 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: Professors are usually flexible and are willing to work with you.

3 College Junior

Tuition & Financial Aid: The tuition isn't too expensive, I think you definitely get your money's worth. The financial aid office can be helpful at times, but sometimes it is impossible to contact them.

4 College Junior

Campus Resources: Very pretty campus, I love studying next to the lake. The student life center has a gameroom, bookstore, cafeteria, and a Subway. A new gym is being built that will be open in April, and I can't wait! It is going to have brand-new equipment, a pool with a lazy river, and even a bowling alley.

2 College Junior

Campus Resources: The speed in computer labs is OK, but the speed of computers in library is awful! If you're in a hurry and you have to print something before class, forget going to the library because it will take you about ten-twenty minutes to log on to a computer.

4 College Junior

Facilities: We just had a new student center built. It will have many different things to do in it. I look forward to using it next semester.

4 College Junior

Academic Experience: In my major i can choose from any class i want and do not have to really worry if it a good class to take because i can take any that i want.

4 College Junior

Academic Experience: I enjoy the academics at the school. Most of the professors are easy to get along with and are easy to get in touch with. Registration is relatively easy you can do it online which is great. The only problem i have is getting in touch with an advisor and making an appointment to see one.

3 College Junior

Online Courses: I have only taken one online class. It was an easy class because I already knew it. I took it online because I already knew the material.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: I love my school. It is great. I get along with just about everyone i meet there. Everyone is really nice and the different student life activities are wonderful.

3 College Junior

Tuition & Financial Aid: The tuition is okay. You do get your money's worth of teaching with some of the teachers. Sometimes the financial aid office is hard to get a hold of.

College Junior

Career Services: I'm really sure i haven't looked into this area of the school.

4 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: I haven't really had any problem with anything with the school. Sometimes it is hard to get through to the financial aid office on the phone but that's just because they are busy with other students.

4 College Junior

Student Body: There is different types of people all over school. You never know who you are going to run into and what their story is. It is fantastic.

4 College Junior

Campus Resources: I love the different things to do on campus. especially since they just built the new student area with different activities you can do.

3 College Junior

Campus Resources: The computers in the ARC are extremely slow and take forever to log on and do anything. I always bring my laptop to school with me.

4 College Freshman

Tuition & Financial Aid: The process was not bad at all compared to most government related applications. I had a great amount of money for my tuition, but I am still needing another $4000 in order to balance out my grants and my debt.

3 College Freshman

Student Body: The students I have met seem very friendly; however, most everyone hangs around the people they know. I wouldn't say the students at my school are all very smart, but I have had the opportunity to meet some very intellectual people.

College Freshman

Career Services: I am not quite sure about the post-grad services. I am only in my freshman year and have not looked that far ahead.

3 College Freshman

Academic Experience: I would like to see Nursing classes available at my campus so I don't have to drive a half hour to get to school.

5 College Freshman

Academic Experience: The professors I have had are wonderful. They genuinely care about their students and want to see them succeed. They are up to date on events at the school and give opportunities to students who are doing well. They are typically always available by email to help students and answer any questions that may arise.

3 College Freshman

Campus Resources: The campus activities are thought out and have great prizes. The school's athletic department and campus aesthetics are lacking, but I believe those things are on a lesser scale than the overall amount of positives in the enhancement of areas such as the closeness of the library and the availabilities of study space and resources.

4 College Freshman

Campus Resources: We have an Academic Resource Center that is equipped with scanners, printers, and more than enough computers. The center even has sound proof rooms for study groups. I think it is a great place to work on assignments, and there are always at least two teachers/faculty members/tutors available to help students if they need it.

4 College Freshman

Facilities: Not having an adequate gym is not a big issue for me personally. I would rather have a quiet place to study, and the school makes a lot of space for students to study on the computer, alone with a comfy chair and table, or in their own room with a group. There is an open field that looks very nice too and is rarely occupied.

5 College Freshman

Online Courses: Although I did not specifically take online classes, I used the Desire 2 Learn program online, and it was wonderful. My teachers had discussions, assignments, and much more that was easy to use and made it easier to do and keep up with assignments from home.

5 College Freshman

Overall Experience: I love the teachers at Middle Georgia State College the most. They are always helpful and polite, and you can tell they truly care about their students. Whenever I attend events at the college, they are always well put together and have delightful prizes.
