Scholarships: I received financial aid but could have used more. I had to resort to loans which I know will be a chore later.

Scholarships: Lynn provides both Merit and need based aid, and in my personal experience if you show them that your a good investment, aka a hard working, motivated and intelligent student, they'll be more than happy to assist you to the best of their ability. As for tips, the sooner you get your deposit in the better ,so by meeting the priority deadline the school has of march 31st you'll be among the first students reviewed for financial aid. Also its important to talk to the financial aid office directly weather it be on the phone or in person, because this allows them to get to know you more so than the stats on paper and a good impression goes along way. Finally Its always best to take you'r act or Sat a second time, which shows the university that you are willing to work harder to do better. If it wasn't for Lynn's financial aid department i would have had to go to a state school back home in PA

Scholarships: It is easy to get scholarships from the university but they really do not help with the price.
