4 College Senior

Overall Experience: For what it pays to go to this school you get an associates degree that can transfer anywhere.

3 College Senior

Academic Experience: There is not a lot of unique aspects in my program.

3 College Senior

Facilities: my campus has a big art gallery.

4 College Senior

Academic Flexibility: good classrooms, teachers. no frustrations.

3 College Senior

Online Courses: lots of work, little time to do it.

4 College Senior

Campus Resources: many open computer labs that are easily accessible. The network reliability is good.

4 College Senior

Campus Resources: Good athletic centers, big student centers, accessible libraries, many campus activities.

Overall Experience: Being a student of LCCC is great. It really helps you understand what college life is about and really helps you take off those training wheels when you are transferring to another school. The experiences are the best and you feel so independent in your work and you feel like you have control over your life and this is what makes our school unique. I would choose my school all over again if I had the chance.

4 College Senior

Tuition & Financial Aid: Because LCCC is an inexpensive school to attend to, financial aid wasn't such of a hassle. The tuition is low and the student always receives the financial aid they need and then some.

College Senior

Campus Resources: At the main campus (which I do not attend to) has the majority of the athletic centers, student centers, libraries, campus activities, and general campus aesthetics.

4 College Senior

Campus Resources: Because I go to a branch of my college, there's just our computer labs which are really good and our student lounge which is great, but no WiFi. The computer lab is small, but there isn't many people in it anyways, which is great. There is WiFi on the fourth floor of our school though. The printer is free to use and it's great.

Academic Flexibility: Community college is great for any type of student. Whether you're a single mom who works two jobs or your a high school grad going into college, you can really arrange your classes to what's best for you. The classes/ curriculum is flexible and our credits are super easy to transfer to any school in Pennslyvannia.

3 College Senior

Academic Experience: I'm majoring in General Education so my work consists of the general classes, such as psychology, computer classes, history classes, etc. The workload is the same as any type of university. There really isn't any internship opportunities, but there is a work-study program which is very nice.

4 College Senior

Academic Experience: The academics at my school are great and diverse. If you're majoring in something specific, you'll learn a lot and it'll help you in your future career. The professors are great, and they really help the students and care about their grades. The registration process is easy and really knowledgeable about the classes that you'd be taking.

4 College Senior

Student Body: I don't go to my main campus, but instead go to a branch of the community college, which is in my town. The student diversity is great. Making friends here is easy, but many of us go to our classes and do our work. Some of us make friends, but the majority just come to class so they can learn and study.

College Senior

Career Services: We don't really have any type of post grad services at my school. Even if we did, the students wouldn't really know anything about it.

3 College Senior

Online Courses: Online courses are great and you learn a lot just as you are in a classroom.

4 College Senior

Facilities: Community College is great. You feel independent :)

1 College Freshman

Student Body: Almost everyone is wearing hiking boots and plaid, Uggs and sweats, or an old t-shirt and jeans. There were at least two Wiccans, myself included. I think everyone else was Christian, agnostic, or atheist. There was at least one activist, who convinced the school to get recycling bins, but she was very stereotypical. No one really stood out. Or talked to new people.

5 College Freshman

Tuition & Financial Aid: It's very inexpensive (compared to other schools). You only get what you pay for, but it's definitely good for gen eds and nursing. My first year is paid for with financial aid and one scholarship. All my books are even covered.

3 College Freshman

Overall Experience: I would choose to go here again because I got to go for free between financial aid and scholarships. I had classes with my best friend and lived at home. I actually walked to school when it was warm. I didn't need to find a new job.

3 College Freshman

Academic Experience: My major is undecided because I only want to get my gen eds here. This makes scheduling very flexible. I took 14 credits last semester while working part time and had virtually no trouble with workload. I'm taking another 14 next semester.

3 College Freshman

Academic Experience: I feel like most professors aren't very knowledgeable. My Anatomy and physiology professor knew a lot about what we covered, but I don't think he knew anything about teaching.

3 College Freshman

Facilities: My favorite things about the campus aren't actually part of the campus. There's pizza, Chinese, Dunkin Donuts, Subway, and a wonderful café within walking distance, though. It's also right next to a bridge and railroad tracks so there's places to enjoy the scenery. If you're feeling adventurous, but lazy, there's a lot to do. Most students stick to their high school clicks.

3 College Freshman

Career Services: A lot of students are going here for nursing and that seems promising. I haven't heard anything about any careers for myself. I'm only taking gen eds here then transferring somewhere to double major in psychology and something related to writing.
