Tuition & Financial Aid: Tuition is very cheap and easily manageable.

Tuition & Financial Aid: The staff members in the Financial Aid department at Luna Commuity College are very nice and are fairly thorough in explaining to the studens the requirements needed in order to apply for financial aid. Once the student knows that he/she quialifies they let them know what paperwork is needed and when the deadline is to get it in on time for financial aid distribution.
It is very important that anyone that qualifies for financial aid get their paperwork in on time because you can risk having to wait an extra month to get your financial aid check which can be really frustrating.

Tuition & Financial Aid: Room for Improvement – The education i'm getting is worth the money. I did receive financial aid and it does help, especially being a single parent. The only thing I have to say is that I live one hour away, eventhough, we do have a satellite campus in Santa Rosa and think that we should have more access available to students, such as the computer lab for those who have evening classes and cannot afford a computer or internet. I also think we should be able to take exams online or via satellite and have a proctor available. I think students should be trusted enough to stay late and have a key. I also think that carpooling should be an option for students with similar schedules or maybe even a bus or car provided by the college, especially with rising gas prices.
