Off-Campus Housing: Off campus housing is centered around a specific type of housing that is not owned or operated by the school and the apartment complexes directly across from campus. Pricing is reasonable and the convenience to campus is extremely close. Although, most students choose to commute. The landlords vary from one apartment complex to the next, some being pleasant while others are "never around". The safety is actually quite good. Very well lit and there are security systems in place.

Off-Campus Housing: so I haven't lived off campus but I hear most places are pretty affordable compare to the university prices. They also are very close.

3 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: There are a bunch of college kids packed in all of them, so that can be annoying, but they are a lot nicer than living on campus and you can find great deals, sometimes even cheaper rent than the on-campus housing. There is a wide selection. There are at least 3 apartment complexes less than a mile from campus and there are tons of town houses.

3 College Senior

Off-Campus Housing: You have to live off-campus as there is no on campus housing. The problem for undergrad students is that most apartments won't rent to them and so they end up at this expensive apartment complex for students. If you are in graduate school you have a lot more freedom but the prices are very high for close distance to school.
