4 College Junior

Facilities: Great weather! positive environment. very local.

Career Services: To be honest I never visited the Career center at La Harbor, because they make it super easy, everything's self explanatory.

Tuition & Financial Aid: To be honest I haven't had any issues with La Harbor college. As for the other schools I attended I had issues applying for Fafsa. La Harbor's financial aid staffs are awesome.

Academic Flexibility: My school is very Convenient for me, the reason why is because I simply walk to school. I live like ten minutes away. I have no type of transportation but I do take the Metro bus to work and than I take the bus from work to school. As for the classes, I have no problems with my Professors or the work they give us. The only minor issue I can complain about which isn't really a big deal is the fact that the classes that you are required to take are always closed or not available for that particular semester. As for the transferring credits there was no hassle with that issue. I was able to bring my credits from other community colleges.

College Sophomore

Online Courses: I cannot rate the online courses offered at my school because I am currently not taking any online classes.

College Sophomore

Academic Experience: I cannot give a rating based on what it is like to be my specific major and the unique aspects of it because I have not experienced it nor dealt with it yet. I'm recently new to the college, and I have not had the chance to really focus on programs involving my majors.

Academic Experience: The academics offered at my school are a vast variety of classes. They have classes for pretty much everything you may need to take if your either a transferring student or full-time student. As a junior in high school, a freshman at the college, and a transferring student, I have no worries about my academics. I'm very comfortable with the class registration process and the offers they've given me as a high school/ college student. I pay only one dollar per unit because I am a high school student. I can only take 11 units as long as I am in high school. But, once I am out of high school, I will have enough credits to receive my AA and transfer to a university. The college counselors are helping me along with this process.

Student Body: The Student Body at my school is completely diverse ethnically, religiously, and sexually. They are very hard-working and well-rounded all together. They are willing to help students in need and make the best out of the students' experience at the college. I appreciate their willingness to help guide me to the right paths. As a new student there, those in the Student Body were very kind and patient with me. No one was rude to me nor gave me a hard time. Overall, the Student Body is great at LA Harbor College.

4 College Senior

Online Courses: I really like taking online classes. Its just as challenging as in class sessions but its a lot more convenient.

College Senior

Career Services: I honestly don't know anything about our programs for alumni.

4 College Senior

Campus Resources: The library is always well stocked and its pretty accommodating to students who want a place to study.

4 College Senior

Campus Resources: I used to think the computer lab was really small until I saw LA Southwest's computer lab, which is tiny. I like our pretty well now. Our health office is really friendly.

3 College Senior

Overall Experience: There are a lot of students there that are only there for the financial aid or have nothing better to do. Its really noticeable on campus. Besides the students, the classes and the campus are pretty nice. I like the improved school buildings.

3 College Freshman

Career Services: Overall it is alright, yet there is significant improvement.

3 College Senior

Academic Experience: They don't actually have my major so I am just doing my general requirements

3 College Senior

Academic Experience: The professors are very helpful and understanding as long as you do not play games with them.

3 College Senior

Campus Resources: For being a community college I say we have a pretty descent library.

3 College Senior

Campus Resources: They need more printers, more computers, and a better internet connection.

4 College Senior

Online Courses: I like that I can see my grades in the online part of the class. I can see the growth of my progress in class.

3 College Senior

Tuition & Financial Aid: The financial aid it very lacking in some areas because it is very hard to talk to the financial aid office to get help when ever you have a issue.

4 College Senior

Academic Flexibility: My first semester it was very difficult to choose classes but now I get to pick all the classes I want and need.

4 College Senior

Facilities: It has many new buildings with many study spots.

5 College Senior

Career Services: I haven't had any issues

3 College Senior

Student Body: I haven't actually had the opportunity to get to know them well.

4 College Senior

Overall Experience: The professors are very helpful and you can get lots of help in campus.
