3 College Sophomore

Student Body at Los Angeles Valley College: I have not experience any problems at school.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Resources at Los Angeles Valley College: The resources are very limited

2 College Sophomore

Campus Resources at Los Angeles Valley College: I never get signal for wifi

4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience at Los Angeles Valley College: The experience is okay the problem is that classes get full fast and parking is crazy. But overall, I am getting my classes to transfer and move on. I am not planning to be in college for ever.

4 College Sophomore

Tuition & Financial Aid at Los Angeles Valley College: Financial aid and the tuition has been waived since I am a US citizen that is great and beneficial since I do not make enough income at the moment since I am a full time student.

3 College Sophomore

Career Services at Los Angeles Valley College: I have not meet with anyone at the career center.

3 College Sophomore

Academic Flexibility at Los Angeles Valley College: The experience has been okay not the greatest since adding classes can be challenging and frustrating since classes tend to get full soon.

4 College Sophomore

Online Courses at Los Angeles Valley College: Its great for those that work since online classes can be done at home or at work.

3 College Sophomore

Academic Experience at Los Angeles Valley College: Professors are a bit harsh at grading

Academic Experience at Los Angeles Valley College: Adding classes can be challenging since the classes tend to be full fast.

4 College Sophomore

Facilities at Los Angeles Valley College: The campus is great except parking is a disaster hardly any parking.

3 College Sophomore

Facilities at Los Angeles Mission College: The only facility that is modern and "green" is the math and science building. We don't have many sports teams, the school is building an art building however it has been in progress for years and because of much controversy with the buildings construction.

Overall Experience at Los Angeles Mission College: The math and science department are the best things at the school. The clubs I've been a part of have been very uncoordinated and very boring. Most of the people in these clubs may seem like responsible people but they are all kids.

3 College Sophomore

Online Courses at Los Angeles Mission College: The professors reply to questions within 24 hours, there isn't much communication with other students. Over all the classes are pretty easy.

3 College Sophomore

Academic Flexibility at Los Angeles Mission College: Really hard to get into a class, unless you have priority registration.

3 College Sophomore

Student Body at Los Angeles Mission College: Very diverse and a very accepting atmosphere

4 College Sophomore

Campus Resources at Los Angeles Mission College: There is wifi all over the school, if you need something printed you have to make sure you have at least 2 dollars with you. 1 dollar to buy a "print card" and another to put a dollar in that "print card". Each copy is 10 cents and you need a print card to print. You don't need a print card for scanning copies.

Campus Resources at Los Angeles Mission College: The math and science department is the best bottom line. The library is great the librarians are very helpful and nice. The athletics department is awesome the gym is always clean great music playing and friendly people around. The only thing I truly dislike is the counselors and most administrator in the school. The transfer center administrators are great tho. In particular in the DSPS office there is one secretary in the front desk who is the worst of the worst, I have a hard time asking for help since I am part of the DSPS I do need some help however knowing that she is there always makes me avoid the office.

3 College Sophomore

Tuition & Financial Aid at Los Angeles Mission College: I just recently applied for financial aid, I have been paying myself for the past year and a half and the financial Aid is pretty good.

College Sophomore

Career Services at Los Angeles Mission College: I haven't graduated so I wouldn't know, but from what I know as soon as someone transfers they want to get as far away from the school as possible. So I don't think there is much the school is doing for the alumni to stick around

3 College Sophomore

Academic Experience at Los Angeles Mission College: There are great professors but actually getting the class is a challenge huge wait list you have to pray you get in if you are crashing the room will be full nearly all the time. The STEM department is the best I've ever seen.

3 College Senior

Facilities at East Los Angeles College: I attend school at night because I work during the day. I do not have time to participate or see the social scene during the day.

3 College Senior

Academic Flexibility at East Los Angeles College: When I had to register which is online one of my main classes was canceled and I received a phone call at home. The problem was that registration was on it's third day and I was not able to get the same class at another time because it was full. I had to change my schedule because of the cancelation.

4 College Senior

Campus Resources at East Los Angeles College: The library is available when I need it. This is where I hang out when I need to concentrate or get help.

4 College Senior

Campus Resources at East Los Angeles College: There are places where I can go print or use wireless access. I use the school printer when I complete work at school and need access to my work ASAP.
