Local Atmosphere: Lincoln is in the middle of nowhere. Without a car you have nothing.

Nightlife: You've been to one Lincoln Party, you've been to them all.

Campus Strictness: Our public safety is very strict and follows the handbook. It gets to a point where people do think they become a little aggressive.

Academics: Sociology, Criminal Justice, Human Services and Mass Comm are great and loved departments. Our professors care.

Academics: The curriculum isn't difficult or challenging, you're offered or forced to take pointless classes. The professors are lenient and understanding. It depends on your major though. The networking is amazing though.

Guys & Girls: Because of the closeness and smallness of our institution everyone knows everyone. It's a gift and a curse but mostly everyone gets along and are close with each other.

3 College Senior

Campus Housing: Living on campus is what you make it. Unfortunately, you aren't offered much. The rooms are small, there are no amenities, the rules are stupid and rarely enforced.

Facilities: Campus is beautiful but small. A lot of our buildings are closed down or being renovated. We do have a new state of the art Wellness Center and Library.

Off-Campus Housing: We don't have off-campus housing. The closest we have is in Delaware.

5 College Sophomore

Campus Dining: I love that I attend the very first HBCU!

3 College Junior

Scholarships: All my other years it went smooth but this year financial aid lose my files because I needed to make correction and now I'm in a hassel of trying to hurry and get it! I might not be able to get all my money for my tuition but I'm going to try! It's a stressful struggle but hopefully I'll be good.

Academics: Since I am just becoming a junior I am just starting my classes for my major when I go back to school in August so I wouldn't be able to say! But Lincoln is very helpful when it comes to programs! They have events where companies from southern California like Dream Works came and spoke about internships for them. It was really helpful. Lincoln also has Study Abroad programs for students willing to go.

Academics: We have a nice library and many computer labs in the dorm students can go to, to study! Also in the library there are sound proof study rooms which is great for mid-terms and finals week.

Health & Safety: I can say even though the police and rules on our campus are strict they keep our campus safe! When there is a fight pub (police) comes right away. Our school is very strict that there really isn't any issues with safety on campus. Some times it kills the vibe of the college experience.

Diversity: Lincoln has to be the most diverse school. Since being at school and coming from a small town I have met a lot of people from different races and religions. For Lincoln to be a HBCU nobody would be able to tell because everybody is expect no matter their background. I have met people from Africa, Spain, Italy, and Trindad. I have even had many different professors from different races.

Overall Experience: All my professors have been very helpful! One think Lincoln have did for our students was provide a excellent teaching staff. The class sizes and variety of class are nice for the size campus we have.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: Lincoln have many connections to the outside to help the student make it after college but since I'm just becoming a junior I haven't been able to experience any of that just yet but I believe when I get to that point the school will be very helpful. They always have alumni come and speak with students about the after life of college.

Off-Campus Dining: There are no places walking distance to go eat people must have a car to get something to eat. There are no school discounts at any of the eating places neither expect one.

3 College Junior

Athletics: People on our campus are more supportive with basketball life on campus then football because the football team isn't that great.

5 College Junior

Greek Life: Greek life is cool, the people involved are great! They make parties even better by strolling and their social appearance on campus like forums are excellent.

Campus Strictness: Our campus happens to be a "dry" campus meaning no drinking or smoking period even if your 21 and over! If your caught drinking and 21 you will still get suspended. Campus authority and police are every strict.

4 College Junior

Majors: I haven't had any but Lincoln provides a lot of connections to things like that such as internships, work study, mentors, and help!

5 College Junior

Majors: Admissions is easy I don't think they need to change anything.

2 College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: There is no off campus housing expect for one and it is all way in Delaware.
