College Student

Career Services: Because I knew where I would be transferring to after LLCC, I did not use these resources.

College Student

Academic Experience: Because it is a community college, I didn't have much opportunity for this. I only took gen-eds at LLCC.

Academic Experience: I loved my professors and there are plenty of different ways to study. The learning lab was very helpful for me.

Tuition & Financial Aid: It was easy. The tuition is cheap! It's a great choice for your first few years of college to save money but still get a great education.

Student Body: I met so many new people at LLCC Springfield. I was invited to study in groups and most of my friends were in clubs and organizations.

4 College Student

Overall Experience: I had a great experience with the majority of my professors. Most professors were very helpful and easily accessible outside of class. I didn't have much trouble with professors at the school.

College Student

Overall Experience: I never used any of these services, but I wouldn't doubt they are awesome. LLCC hasn't been any trouble for me at all.

Academic Flexibility: Transferring credits was so easy for me. I knew what school I wanted to transfer to before I started at LLCC. The University gave me the classes that I would need. I took those classes, they all transferred perfectly, and I hit no bumps on the way!

5 College Student

Campus Resources: The learning lab is awesome. I found all the help I needed there.

Online Courses: I took one online course at Lincoln Land and it was a bad experience. I was locked out of blackboard and the teacher was not understanding about the problem. She did not allow me to make up the work I missed because of problems that were out of my control. I doubt that all of the teachers would be like this, but I did not have a good online experience.

4 College Junior

Campus Resources: The campus is great. Lots of parking which is good for a commuter school.

4 College Junior

Online Courses: With online classes there is less peer-to-peer interaction, which can cut down on information learned since peeers often bring their experiences to the classroom.

Facilities: I love that I can attended class and then go to work which is only three minutes away.

3 College Freshman

Facilities: There is not anything that sets this college out from other community colleges.

Tuition & Financial Aid: Our tuition is very cheap but the scholarships and financial aid is given primarily to students with ethnic descent. I do not agree with this decision. A person is a person no matter what ethnicity. Talents and skills should be awarded scholarships over skin color.
