Off-Campus Housing: VA is a wonderful state and being a part of Liberty University is even a better experience because there is always someone there to guide you and help you if you have any problems

5 College Senior

5 College Senior

Campus Strictness: They have a mission of academic success, and they conduct themselves accordingly.

3 College Freshman

Weather: I personally love the weather at LU, although it does seem to be a little difficult to forecast. I love Autumn, and I love the rain, but it can get chilly walking around the campus.

5 College Freshman

Local Atmosphere: There is never a dull moment at Liberty, as long as you are active. There is not much going on in Lynchburg, but there is always a college activity. There is also lots of different recreational opportunities around Lynchburg, many that LU participates in.

Health & Safety: Liberty is such a huge campus, but safety is a major concern. They have security and police always present. I have never felt unsafe on campus, but if for some reason I do, they are willing to work with you to make you feel safe.

College Freshman

Campus Housing: I currently have not experienced campus life, but I have heard great things.

Local Atmosphere: The town of Liberty is in general a pretty dull town. Most of the places in town close at like 9, unless you want to go to a restuarant or see a movie. So there is not a lot do, and the night owls will definitely have a hard time finding stuff to do late at night.

3 College Senior

Academics: The workload for an English major at my school is intense. My course load got heavier as the years went on, but this year was the biggest amount of workload that I have had. English majors are required to do a lot of reading and write a lot of well written papers; however, that is what I would expect for an English major.

Academics: I would give the professors an A+ because they are phenomenal. They are brilliant and are definitely very knowledgeable about their subject matter. The professors also truly care about each of their students and want them to do well.

2 College Senior

Campus Dining: The prices tend to be really high, especially if you are a commuter student. It is cheaper to eat off campus than it is to eat on campus.

3 College Senior

Athletics: Facilities are great and expanding. Its great to go to the games

3 College Senior

Campus Dining: dining halls on on campus food is convent, however you get tired of eating the same thing and need to go of campus for a wider selection or different foods

2 College Senior

Parking: The campus and student body has continually grown. Parking is always a challenge

4 College Senior

Scholarships: The liberty staff was very helpful in helping me evaluate my options for scholorships

4 College Senior

Computers: I use the computers all the time and both Mac and PC are available

3 Recent Alumnus

Athletics: The Sports at Liberty are good. The teams are all good and fun to watch. Football is easily the most popular sport on campus. Thousands of students have tailgating and show up to the game that adds a great atmosphere.

4 Recent Alumnus

Nightlife: There is none, which is why I like it. After 11 pm the town virtually shuts down. This provides ample time to study or hang out with the people on the Dorm.

4 Recent Alumnus

Campus Housing: The dorms on most of the campus are outdated but the University plans to rebuild and expand creating better housing for the students. The Atmosphere on campus is amazing. The students and staff are friendly and godly. Cost is pretty good it is a college so it hurts your wallet guaranteed but for a college it isn't that bad. all the dorms are close to the campus and all have a bus service to help in case you are late. The housing process does an amazing job. They allow you to room with those you want to and have few rules.

College Senior

Computers: I attend online and have not used the computers on campus.

4 College Sophomore

Guys & Girls: Dedicated hard working students who want a future for themselves with Christian beliefs and values
