4 College Freshman

Majors: They made it nice and easy, it just took a lot of time

3 College Freshman

Scholarships: My family has suffered within the past five years, so financially, things are not great. Deadlines for financial check-in and the availability of applying for loans create some challenges and headaches for my parents.

4 College Freshman

Campus Housing: So far so good, as I am a freshman, this is only college experience I have had. I am looking forward to living in the new dorm next year

4 College Freshman

Athletics: It would be great if we could participate in "Club" sports, where you do "try out" and you are a member of the club and play other colleges, however this is not a varsity program. Many other Virginia colleges have Soccer Clubs that compete against one another.

5 College Freshman

Majors: As I have stated before, I am in my freshman year, so far my professors are good in Sport Management.

College Freshman

Majors: I am extremely hopeful of obtaining an internship in the near future. A paid internship would be exceptional!

4 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: When my family comes to visit we have plenty of choices.

4 College Freshman

Health & Safety: I'm a relatively big guy, so no one messes with me. I'm usually walking with friends.

4 College Freshman

Guys & Girls: Many more girls than guys. Everyone is pretty nice. Easy to make friends, lots of on-campus activities

College Freshman

Greek Life: No greek life @ Liberty

College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: I've only lived on-campus and cannot make a judgement

4 College Freshman

Weather: I've only been here a semester, so not a good judge

2 College Freshman

Computers: Network needs updating for the amount of people using it.

4 College Freshman

Drug Safety: Policies are taken seriously and I haven't been put in any awkward or uncomfortable situations.

4 College Freshman

Local Atmosphere: Liberty IS the BIG attraction!

3 College Freshman

Parking: The parking is horrible here at Liberty. There is so many cars that you can hardly find a parking spot. And if you park in the wrong area, they will tow your car and make you pay a fine to get it back.

4 College Freshman

Athletics: There are so many good athletes here at Liberty. Everyone goes to at least one football game and possibly one baseball game. The facilities are some of the best for a university of this size.

5 College Freshman

Academics: I feel a great sense of peace, that this university is where God wants me to be now. I feel I am going on the right path here, even down to the degree I have chosen. It does not seem to be a very heavy workload compared to some other majors.

5 College Freshman

Diversity: There are a lot of students from different countries and states. We are very conservative and most of the student body, because of the same religious backgrounds, are heterosexual.

College Freshman

Greek Life: We do not have a Greek life at Liberty University.

4 College Freshman

Campus Strictness: I am a Christian and while I may not agree with every thing in the Liberty Way, I agree with most of it. I understand it is for our benefit, since the university is "training champions for Christ" and they want to instill good, Christian values in us. Some of the rules are ridiculous in my opinion, like no physical contact (with the opposite sex) above hand-holding."

4 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: Being from a small town, moving to Lynchburg, it feels like I am in a big city, so my ratings might be different than others. However, the dining off campus is really good, and there are a few restaurants that offer student discounts.

4 College Freshman

Local Atmosphere: The local atmosphere around here is okay. Because there is a university-wide curfew, there is not as many nightlife as there would be at other colleges. But there is a lot of things to do here. We have mountains and parks and trails and shopping centers around town.

4 College Freshman

Transportation: The students here are willing to take and give rides to those who need it. It is relatively easy to get around by car; however, during rush hour, there is so much traffic.

5 College Freshman

Majors: I love my program. I hope to open a business overseas, teaching English to people who do not know English. Obviously, I am worried about not being able to pay back my loans and debts.
