Majors: there were a nice number of program options.

Majors: The biggest problem here is there is no guidance if you are out of state. They offer lists of internships, however if you are out of state there are only one or two on the list in close proximity to home. Also there is no direct contact with the practicum/internship program.

Transportation: everything is in close proximity and if not there is public transportation.

3 College Junior

Majors: Having an academic counselor and true specialist at the school would be helpful. I would have finished sooner had I had more direction. I think the academics are excellent, however the advising needs to be improved.

4 College Junior

Majors: The application process was very typical and asked for transcripts for undergrad. In addition there is an essay portion. This went very smoothly.

3 College Junior

Scholarships: The financial aid is fine, however there are very little scholarships available for on line students, not even for academic excellence.

College Junior

Campus Housing: I am on on line student

3 College Junior

Diversity: There seems to be a diverse population from my limited time on campus.

Academics: As a Masters student, you have to expect a lot of work. I have friends that are in the same program in other schools and the workload is the same there too. The curriculum is applicable to all Masters programs in counseling across the USA. In addition, their focus on faith helps to bring home this excellent education with integrated faith and values. The faculty is supportive, even on line. Overall, the experience has been pleasant.

One caution, make sure you stay on track with your classes and watch the course guide, so you don't fall behind and wind up paying more money.

Weather: I live in the Midwest, so the weather is very mild.

5 College Junior

Local Atmosphere: While I am a online student, I am required to be on campus and VA for my intensives. The campus staff and people in the area were friendly and helpful.

Computers: Brought my own private computer.
