Campus Housing: I Do Not Live on Campus. I Am an Online Student. I am an online student, however, I did take a tour of the campus last spring, and I was very impressed. If I were a single, young student, I would most certainly live on campus, in the larger apartment type of housing. The amenities are amazing! What great opportunities to be physically, socially, and spiritually fit! I was so impressed with the entire social atmosphere at Liberty! I felt as if I were attending my church! Everyone that I came in contact with gave me such a calm and warm feeling.

Drug Safety: I Am an Online Student. N/A – I am an online student, so I am unaware of the drug safety at Liberty University.

Computers: Good Online Reliability, Speed, and Access. Overall, the online system at Liberty University is good. I have experienced a few glitches, but they were quickly rectified.

Facilities: New and Exciting – Liberty has really invested time, money and energy into making a campus that is beautiful and useful.

Transportation: Great Bus System – Liberty offers great public transportation system that run throughout the campus as well as the entire city of Lynchburg! It is free for students and runs very frequently especially during high traffic times. Some student bring cars, but if your an underclass man you may need to take a bus to the underclass a parking lots.

Off-Campus Dining: Liberty has incredible amounts of off campus dining! You name it and you can find it with-in a file mile radius. Many even in walking distance. The town really revolves around the campus so many of the restaurants cater to university students even offering students the ability to use "Flames Points", which is part of Liberty's student dining program.

Athletics: The sports at Liberty are phenomenal! The facilities are state of the art. As are the coaching staff, and the trainers. We have wonderful support system for our athletes from our current students, our alumi, and our community. Liberty, as well as offering division 1 athletics, also has a large number of intramural sports teams, which themselves have a great fan base. I find this school offers some thing for every sports enthusiast!!

Majors: So far the major difficulty was not being notified via my personal email about financial aid issues. I was notified under financial aid messages, but not personal or school email.

Majors: I have never had an internship, but I believe I would find it very rewarding. You do get experience under your belt that you can take anywhere you go.

Majors: Goals With Biblical Studies – I have taken for the first time, a lot of time researching christian colleges. I believe I have finally been led to where God wants me to attend. I plan on getting my BA in Biblical Studies, and helping out individuals and/or couples in everyday real life situations. Life is tough by yourself, but tough also with God.

Majors: As an online student in the seminary program, I have found alot of different arenas to study. I have found the various classes to be on a level that is required for the profession, but they have are sometimes extremly difficult, especially dealing with some of the professors. Some lack skills in communication - of what they want, the inability to understand them is sometimes difficult.

Drug Safety: Crack Is Whack – The drug scene at Liberty is not really big, although it depends on who you hang out with. If people are doing drugs, they're usually just smoking. Drinking is a much more popular activity.

Academics: Finance and Healthcare Management – I am taking a dual cognate of Finance and Healthcare Management. The courses that everyone else deemed difficult have been the easiest most educating classes that are offered. In any field that I desire to enter I can utilize personal and/or corporate finance. Mathematics though taught online gives one the ability to insure that all information is understood if there were any questions a response was usually given to me within two hours of asking for help. We also use tutor.com which is free to the students. So I love what I have so far. Jobs and internships are offered through the career program mostly through the Alumni of the school.

Academics: Liberty is Christian based and the academics have to be given greater thought than a regular school. But when there is doubt there is always someone to pick you up. There is always one or two people that will give you dissatisfaction as any other environment but for the most part they are great faculty and staff.

Local Atmosphere: Local Attitude Toward Students – During my time as a resident student I always found the locals to be very friendly and welcoming. Some of the restaurants also give discounts for being a college student.

Athletics: It appears that there is a good athletic department

Local Atmosphere: It is no secret on campus, that all residential students are closely monitored by locals, looking for them to slip up. At times it can seem convient to keep university connections to one's self. However, until you move off campus or excessively hang out with off-campus students, you'll never find the numerous lovely local shops and restaurants. Unless surrounding the immediate campus vicinity, locals do not attempt to advertise or charter to liberty students.

Scholarships: Relatively No Problems – Though many other peers noted having issues with financial aid. I did not experience similar situations; possibly because all of my scholarship were through military aid. I did not receive any scholarship money from Liberty because of this. However, the process for financial check-in, despite recent modifications, is no cake walk especially if one needs to make changes or information was processed incorrectly.

Guys & Girls: Most of the girls that are in liberty are beautiful! Walk down the campus and everywhere you look you see a pretty face

Local Atmosphere: Great Place to Learn – In a christian atmosphere, all the professors are awesome (the ones I have had)

Overall Experience: Liberty sets high standards on education. Their professors are very intellegent and more than capable in their disciplines.

College Senior

Campus Dining: Haven't Dined There – I am an oline student and have yet to even visit Liberty. I will be going there next spring to my graduation, maybe I try some of their dining establishments then.

College Senior

Guys & Girls: Not Sure? I'm an online student, so my assumptions are based on "sight unseen".
My conversations and communication with students are only through the internet
