Health & Safety: Campus security is excellent and can be easily contacted. There is a campus wide emergency notification system by text in place.

Parking: Because there are so many people on campus and it can be difficult at times to find parking, I have chosen not to bring my car this year.

Campus Housing: My dorm isn't especially attractive from the outside but is clean, in good repair, not too crowded, and the friendships I havae made so far on my floor are terrific. We genuinely enjoy each other and people are very respectful! I chose the dorm price I wanted and had no trouble getting what I asked for.

Health & Safety: I feel every campus can do better with their security.

Athletics: Varsity sports are readily accessible and students take pride in their team. The newly built stadium is absolutely striking and a wonderful place to go.

College Junior

Diversity: My class will be online. I here to learn and doing my work. Working with others no matter what they background is do not hinder me in support and help each other in class.

Facilities: Unlike so many other schools which claim to be "Christian," Liberty is set apart by including these values in every aspect of its institution. Classes are taught by passionate, Bible-believing professors who consistently approach their respective subjects in a way that honors the Lord and upholds His truth. Each student is prayed for weekly by volunteer student leadership, and the option is given of attending student-led prayer meetings. It is evident through Liberty University's decisions that as a whole, the leadership desires to use all resources to promote the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Facilities: LU has a wide variety of activities and facilities dedicated to student life. Among my favourites are ice skating at the Lahaye, shows at the Tower Theatre, and movie nights on Fridays at the Vine's Center. There's always something going on in the way of entertainment. If you're more given to being studious, however, as I am, it's not difficult to find a quiet corner to settle down in. The library has specific "quiet zones" for students that need absolute silence to accomplish their homework. The entire campus is beautiful, and based on the construction going on it seems it will continue to be made more so.

Greek Life: I am an online student, I don't know about the Greek life.

Overall Experience: Liberty University on-line is great; the advisors are friendly and helpful. Helping you in every way possible!

Weather: When it's not raining, the weather is typically great. But it rains so much here in the fall and spring. Yet somehow we don't get much snow in the winter. When we do, classes are usually canceled, even if it's just an inch or two. .

Majors: Im a Criminal Justice student at Liberty University and I love it. The professors are great. They are experienced in the CJ field and know what they are talking about. We have awesome guest speakers come in all the time, and the university has an amazing internship program that allows students to intern with different organizations in Washington DC. There are few things I could think of to improve this program.

Drug Safety: Alcohol and drugs are not allowed at all, so it is extremely rare to find it on campus. Some students participate in these off campus, but I believe you are kicked out for a semester if you are caught, so it is still uncommon.

5 College Junior

Drug Safety: The drug scene at Liberty U is non existent. Drugs, alcohol, smoking or anything like that is not permitted at Liberty.

4 College Junior

Parking: Liberty U does offer student parking and parking permits. The color of the parking decals change every year and there is a 1 time yearly parking decal fee. I would recommend that if you live on campus do not drive to class. Parking is limited for the academic buildings and are mainly used by off campus students.

Overall Experience: Liberty University is great school! I met some great friends and we are still friends to this day! I love the spiritual atmosphere, the professors, the beautiful campus and the cutting edge technology that is used at the University. These are just some of the reasons why I decided to come back to Liberty and pursue my Graduate degree.

Academics: Professors Are Really Helpful – The professors are all very helpful and ready to grow you spiritually and academically.

5 College Senior

Drug Safety: I would have to go and say that Liberty is one of the safest on the side of Drugs. For the most part students don't come to this school thinking about drugs.

Transportation: Buses. EVERYWHERE – Public transportation is very well if you are able to decode the bus system. They are always running and you very rarely have to wait at a bus stop that long.

Academics: Depends on the Major – It depends on the major. If you are in the School of Religion or a Worship major then you are going to have exceptional classes and really enjoy yourself. The other classes are also well done, but they are not as good, mostly because a Christian university is going to attract big-name theological teachers and not such large or well versed English or Math teachers, for an example.

5 College Sophomore

Local Atmosphere: Christian and Friendly – People are very friendly. You walk on campus and you know there is something special about this place. People smile and engage with you, people are very willing to meet new people and are very generous and kind. Cliches are to a minimum and people are generally accepted no matter what.

3 College Sophomore

Nightlife: Not a Party-Life, but Still a Night-Life – Listen, Liberty isn't a crazy party school, in fact not only is alcohol prohibited from campus, but the consumption of alcohol by students anywhere while in attendance at school is prohibited and you will get punished. But if you can imagine a party life without alcohol, then you will find that it has a pretty decent one. Lots of activities, including concerts, movies, sporting events, and just random stuff. I am not for want.
