Transportation: The school is built in a walkable fashion.

Campus Strictness: They are there to keep us safe and withhold the rules.

Campus Housing: They are remodeling and putting in new dorms and buildings right now.

Drug Safety: There are always going to be people who give into temptation of drugs and illegal activity, but I believe Liberty's record speaks for itself on this matter.

Diversity: You can meet all kinds of different people even if most of them have the same religious beliefs. It is truly amazing how unique people can be and have similar beliefs.

Academics: Liberty is known for having strong academics and being a stupid there I can tell you first hand that I know why. The material isn't for people who are just trying to skip by through college. It is for the serious student who wants to succeed. With that being said, there is also many resources to help you do so.

Weather: The weather on the east coast can be a little different for people who aren't use to it. You can have cold winters that people are not comfortable or use to.

Scholarships: I have always had my financial aid go just as it is suppose to. I think anyone who has had problems with it are the people who don't understand or haven't read about it. You have to be part time at least to receive financial aid and that might be where it has messed a couple people up.

Off-Campus Housing: It can be difficult, but it is possible.

Health & Safety: Extremely safe and secure feeling on campus. Rarely any problems and campus police take care of it.

Local Atmosphere: Liberty University has been nothing, but a place to call home. They are always extremely helpful and nice with any question you need answered.

Athletics: Sports are a big factor at Liberty. I mean every sport is offered whether as a varsity one or a club. The school spirit is also a great aspect!

Nightlife: Nightlife is pretty boring. Think about going on a date in middle school; movies, food, in by curfew. If you live off campus though you don't have to worry about this. To me this college is pretty strict and needs to ease up on some areas. I mean I think they forget they are talking to grown men/women. telling a 18-21 year old to be in by a 12 is a little ridiculous in my book. Probably the only downside to the school.

Local Atmosphere: Lynchburg is a very calm city. To me it's more of a "retirement" type area. You have a couple theaters and a mall but other than that the nightlife is lacking. The mountains are beautiful though.

Majors: Programs and Majors at Liberty are excellent. It was a wide range of areas to study and pretty much any career you want to go into Liberty has the perfect classes to get you ready for that field.

Majors: Once you declare a major, the schools counselors will give you a sheet that keeps you on track of your major. It has a list of classes that you should take each year, it's really helpful.

Academics: Liberty has a lot to offer when it comes to Majors and academics. The professors here are helpful and know everything they teach. The Workload isn't too bad I mean, it is college but you just have to stay on top of things.

Off-Campus Housing: I'd love to live off campus! I've seen a couple of the places and they are great. They also are pretty affordable.

Off-Campus Dining: There are plenty of restaurants and fast food places off campus, some even within walking distance. Only downside is for some reason in Lynchburg nobody likes to stay open late.

Drug Safety: You rarely find anything drug related at Liberty. They are no joke when it comes to that kind of stuff.

Scholarships: Liberty University has a great amount of scholarships to offer\. You didn't have to have a super high GPA or SAT score to receive them, just had to apply and meet the deadlines/qualifications.They were the most generous and giving to students from what I've seen and experienced.

Greek Life: To be honest I hadn't heard or have seen any sororities or fraternities around campus.

Campus Strictness: Our university is pretty strict mostly because we are a Christian University and have standards to uphold. These policies that they enforce really help our academic lives in such that if we have a certain amount of absences in a class, our grades drop quite a bit. Also, the policies they put on our social lives also help us focus more on our schoolwork instead of other things that are less important.

Scholarships: For some people, the financial aid process was easier and for them, however for me, it was a bit difficult. I had to keep changing my draft payment dates to later because my family did not have enough money for those months.

Local Atmosphere: Lynchburg, VA is not really a place that you would go to if it were not fro school or work. There are no attractions here, barely any activities, only one mall that I know of and it does not have many stores, and there is absolutely no nightlife. I guess, in a way, it is good for students so that we can focus more, however, on the weekends and when we want to hangout with each other, there isn't much to do, especially after 9pm. The locals are very friendly however, and hopefully in a couple years, Lynchburg will develop more things to do.
