Academic Experience: I'm committment to excellence, and my classes are exactly what I have expected so far.

Tuition & Financial Aid: Fortunately, I got financial aid to pay my education. Recently, I was calculating how much I have in Grants, Loans and Scholarships. I noticed that about half was covered with mostly Grants and two Scholarships I got and the rest its loans. Something I learned in the time I've been in school is visiting the financial aid office to seek for scholarship opportunities and keep on checking with the adviser when you've applied to a scholarship. By doing this, the advisor got to know my name and tell me about any new scholarship opportunity the school offered.

Academic Flexibility: The school was flexible with the classes they offered. There were classes at different times so that it could be easier for people who work. My teachers were very flexible when we were absent depending on the reason why. My school doesn't transfer credits easily either.

Academic Experience: Academic wise my school was like I expected it will be. My teachers taught me a lot of techniques that have helped me in my externship. In the culinary vocab I haven't had too much of a problem since my teachers really encouraged us to learn them. The amount of work and homework was very reasonable, we even were able to finish it at school. The curriculum was always covered and was at my expectations.

Academic Experience: I'm in the baking and pastry major, my teachers were always extremely helpful and kind to us. The only thing that surprised me was how often we didn't have the ingredients/food we needed for specific classes. We had to ask other chefs if they had some. The education was pretty good and I'm still in touch with my teachers. The idea of doing an externship is wonderful since it's been helping me learn, develop new skills and practice what I've learned. Assisting to Le Cordon Bleu has been the best experience ever in my life.

Student Body: Lots of ethnicity, doesnt matter what religion you are and there are about an even amount of men and women in the schools, everyone is treated with respect. Not all students actually have jobs when they join or even have work experience like myself. But they do everything they can to help me and everyone else learn what I need to in order to get a job you enjoy.

Tuition & Financial Aid: The prices are great for the experience and help that I'm going to get out of the school. They make it very known on how much the tuition is and they help you fill out a FAFSA and give you items, tips, comments on filling out a resume, volunteering, help you prepare for a job interview, they help you fill out scholorships, grants, and anything else you can think of as long as it will help you become more sucsessful in life.
