Academic Flexibility: My first Chef was GREAT very structured and well informing, 2nd Chef was quite new and seemed like he needed to brush up on his skills, 3rd Chef was a drunk, smelt like a drunk and drank at breaks, he even abandoned us one night 4th Chef seemed like he was on some type of drug, he skipped around while in production showing multiple things at once which made it hard for us to keep and then he even forgot some of the topics that he was teaching. So yeah not very good. hopefully this rotation will be a better experience.

Career Services: I like the school and curriculum I just thinkthat some of the Chefs who they have as educators drink and smke to much and only really care about themselves and what they have been thorught, not to much about what i as a student am trying to accomplish

Academic Experience: For the most part, I have greatly enjoyed every single one of my professors, and have learned a lot from each class. However, there will always be that one crabby teacher, and those students that deter the class from learning. I do love all of the different class topics that are covered within such a short amount of time. It really is a great balance of information that will help any and all students to succeed in this career field.

Academic Experience: There are less Chefs at LCB Dallas to teach pastry students, but that just makes us that much more special. I cannot wait to participate in making chocolate and pulled sugar sculptures, and finally get extensive hands on experience with decorating cakes.

Tuition & Financial Aid: Honestly, for such a direct schedule and set of skills that will make such a huge difference in this field that I have chose, this school has an incredible amount of availability for "extra" hours for practice to make up for any costs that could be viewed as too expensive. Everything has a relatively perfect price.

Career Services: LCB has this great concept that no matter where you live, or how long from now you need help finding a job, once a student, always a student. Therefore, no matter when I need their help, I can go to any of the schools and ask for job assistance, which is a huge security blanket for me. Also, I greatly appreciate the online option of furthering my baking associates degree to a business bachelors program.

Student Body: With such a wide variety of ages, ethnic backgrounds, and type of individuals in general, I would say this is one of the most diverse types of colleges out there. All students are here for pretty much the same reason, with a million different backgrounds and futures to be held.

Overall Experience: I absolutely love and adore all of the Chefs I have been able to work with and learn from since I started, and will only continue to cherish the skills and networking doors they have opened and shared with me.

Campus Resources: Overall, the aesthetics are nice. I just wish the student "hall," or what have you, was larger. The library is a great area to study, but not practical for group work. A vending machine area with a few tables is not, either.

Academic Flexibility: Almost everything has been exceptionally easy and smooth, but there are always hiccups. Financial aid assistance is always available, but their hours being a night student are sometimes difficult to work around.

Student Body: It's amazing the quality of students that attend LCB. I often wonder if they rolled out of bed one day and said lets spend $47,000 on an education that I am never going to use. My opinion is that there are a lot of under-privileged and military students because they can get money for free and are looking for something to do. However for the rest of us who actually have a passion for cooking and really want a career it dulls the atmosphere and makes learning more difficult. I think that they sell too much with the school to get students in the door and get money.

Tuition & Financial Aid: The amount of tuition at Le Cordon Bleu is unbelievable as well as the accommodations provided for $47,000.
