Academic Experience: My major is very challenging! I learn something new everyday! There are so many techniques and one measurement can change the whole taste. The teachers for the most part are great! They are willing to help and inform the students for success. They will work even harder to help those that have difficulty. The teachers that I have not had for classes yet are willing to help and give instructions when asked or see a need to help.

Academic Experience: The basic studies are offered and required. Then you have the classes geared just for the field you have chosen. Everything is made easy and simple for registration. The workload is geared for you program and challenging to keep you engaged and coming back for more. There is even a cross over class that is given so you get an understanding of other courses offered. Team work is strongly encouraged.

Facilities: I just like the over all apperance of the school. Its not your normal mundane school it has style and a little modern. Come on now who does not want to go to school and cook and get to eat what you cook. There is all kinds of extra programs here you can join in for extra knowlege or just for fun they have a Wine and Sprits club and so on. The oppprtunities are endless.

It is pretty straightforward if you get on the FASFA web site and fill out the forms thats it your in. Academic Experience: I am loving it.... The Chefs here are wonderful if there is a question they get it answered. They workload is not all that bad for college. I did just start so my curriculum is still kind of fuzzy to me but i'm sure its going to be great. Clean clean clean just they way you would want your house that is the way the campus looks. Job opportunites have been endless there is so many jobs out there for the food industry it is mind boggling.
