Academics: The professors really do care and want to help. The curriculum is just the right balance so that you actually learn the material.

Academics: I am apart of my major's community program and they basically just help us prepare and tell us what we need to know.

Academics: Lamar has some of the best degree programs: nursing, engineering, etc. I am excited to see where my major takes me. The teachers don't load on TOO much homework. Many intership/opportunities available.
