4 College Sophomore

Campus Strictness: they are most worried about parking violations... lol

4 College Junior

Campus Strictness: the police seem to quite strict about drinking and drug use. when you caught, you should pay a fine about it, and able to lose housing in school.

2 College Sophomore

Campus Strictness: There around if you need them. Other then that you hardly see them doing anything

4 College Senior

Campus Strictness: Catholic School – The school is as safe as it should be. It is a school. It is for education and not for partying and i think they do a good job at keeping it that way. It appears to have a good school social life and activities to keep the students active, connected, and busy, but the school is kept inline outside of that. Its run by Nuns and admin that focuses on education.

3 College Freshman

Campus Strictness: Catholic College. Despite the label of being a private Catholic school, the campus strictness is not overwhelmingly oppressive. While rules such as no opposite sex guests overnight and no drinking do exist, RA's tend to be lenient on the rules.

In the realm of campus strictness, La Roche has to be one of the most relaxed colleges in the nation. La Roche just instituted a new alcohol policy and is trying to enforce it. The campus is now a dry campus. Anyone caught drinking or even possessing alcohol will be fined and maybe even asked to leave campus if he or she is a resident. They are also required to attend an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting and meet with a counselor.

Students seem rather pleased with the campus strictness or, rather, lack thereof. As a general rule, "whatever happens at La Roche, stays at La Roche" can be implied. Campus security doesn't want to be bothered any more than the students who are drinking want to be bothered, so if you keep it quiet and nonviolent, you can drink until your heart's content. The RAs don't want to be the bad guys of the campus. Most of them keep the attitude that if you don't do anything stupid they'll leave you alone. Most will only step in to a situation if someone or something is being harmed. They do a good job of keeping their floors under control. No rules of the campus are too ridiculous to follow either.
