Parking: Cars are largely unnecessary if you live on campus. Knox is a very small school and it is completely unnecessary if you are traveling from your dorm to class or to the cafeteria; it takes less time to simply walk. However, I have a friend who has a car in order to travel off campus, and this is my only experience with a car on campus. It is rare that he is able to find a spot right next to our dorm, but there is a nearby parking lot that is a quick walk from our dorm. It would be more convenient to park on the street next to our dorm, but I would hardly call his situation inconvenient because it is still so close.

Parking: Parking on campus is easy. Any student can get a parking permit for free and the process takes a few minutes. There are parking lots around campus as well as street parking. You don't need to have a car on campus but it is convenient if you want to go to Target, Walmart, or the movie theater. Off-campus dining options and the Amtrak station are within walking distance.

Parking: You do have to pay for a sticker to park in the lots, but there is still plenty of parking around the campus residences. This is probably because it's a small campus in a small town so not many student bring cars.

3 College Freshman

Parking: Parking is free. Sometimes parking can be a little difficult, though!

5 College Sophomore

Parking: Knox is a small college and has a small campus, therefore the parking is easy to find and free. If I remember correctly, the parking pass was free as well.
