Off-Campus Housing: I already had an apartment prior to enrolling.

Off-Campus Housing: Lots and lots of options for students wanting to move off campus. The surrounding community of neighbors ALWAYS has houses for sale/rent, and most will rent to college students because King is such a high quality institution.

5 College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: Apartments and rental houses are fairly plentiful in close proximity to the school. Some of my friends have even rented within bike riding distance of the school and just bike rode during good weather. All and all I would recommended looking into off-campus housing.

Off-Campus Housing: The availability depends on what time of the year you look for housing. The pros are that you have more freedom and it is cheaper. The cons are that you can be a bit far from campus. The commuter parking is also a hassle most days.
