5 College Sophomore

Athletics: Athletics is a large part of our student body

5 College Sophomore

Local Atmosphere: The local stores and restaurant are amazing. I wish we did not have to deal with Food City.

4 College Sophomore

Health & Safety: The head of security takes his job very seriously

4 College Sophomore

Guys & Girls: The people here are very nice

3 College Junior

Athletics: My school is full of atheletes and they are serious about their sports. Fan support is decent but not as great as it could be

Majors: Getting into the Nursing program is pretty tough. You have to have completed a certain amount of pre requisites with a high GPA to get in and also take an ATI exam and Anatomy exam and they base it by your scores. They like for you to apply to the program in person with the nursing advisor which i think is great because other schools arent like that. Tips for admission would be to meet with an admissions counselor early and get all of your transcripts together and they will help you with the rest.

Majors: King Universitys nursing program is one of the best in our area. What I like most about it is the faculty really care about their students and there are only 36 students in my class so the professors can meet with you one on one and help you in any way. Every professor in the nursing program is awesome and will help you even if you arent one of their students.

Local Atmosphere: Downtown Bristol that is 3 minutes from campus is awesome and has tons of great local restaurants to go to!

4 College Junior

Weather: When the weather is great the campus has a lot of stuff going on!

1 College Junior

Nightlife: Not much to do at night because it is a christian private university.

College Junior

Greek Life: We dont have Greek Life at my university.

3 College Junior

Weather: All four seasons as you would imagine. Fall is beautiful, winter usually has a couple good snows, spring is pretty, summer is hot but not smothering.

3 College Junior

Local Atmosphere: Theres not a whole lot to do. There are a couple bars in bristol but nothing too crazy. It is a beautiful area without a lot of crime.

5 College Junior

Drug Safety: It is a very conservative, religious college. Most people that attend do not partake in drug and alcohol use.

3 College Junior

Diversity: King is a Presbyterian college. It was founded in the 1800's and tend to have conservative views.

3 College Junior

Transportation: I am only on campus at night and i have my own car. We are located in east Tennessee, not a big city.

3 College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: I already had an apartment prior to enrolling.

3 College Junior

Greek Life: Ignore all of these answers, i am really unsure of this subject. Like i said, i am only on campus at night, one night a week.

5 College Junior

Academics: It really is the best in our area. King is known as one of the most prestigious colleges around, they have an incredible reputation that is helpful when seeking employment.

3 College Junior

Scholarships: Financial aid process was ok, its always a hassle every year though. I feel like there are more scholarships available out there for me (because i am a single mom) but i don't know how to go about obtaining.

3 College Junior

Health & Safety: I am in the GPS program for adults at night and i think the campus is too dark at night. They need more street lights in the parking lots. There are zero lights along the walkways.

3 College Junior

Nightlife: I have never attended a party on campus because i live off campus with my child.

5 College Freshman

Health & Safety: Feel very safe on campus

3 College Junior

Majors: King is all about the Core Curriculum. I HATE it.

5 College Junior

Drug Safety: No drugs hardly at all.
