5 College Sophomore

Scholarships: It's been perfect for me and lots of others receive refunds on their Higher One cards.

4 College Senior

Scholarships: The financial aid process can be a struggle sometimes. The financial aid office always seems to be busy and when you finally do get through, it's like they have difficulty answering your questions. To this day, I don't know exactly what determines how much financial aid I receive. Like I said, the process can be a bit of a struggle but it's all worth it once you receive the money that you need.

3 College Junior

Scholarships: I have to find my own assistance. Financial Aid refers me to the internet for everything.

4 Recent Alumnus

Scholarships: The financial aid department personnel is very patient and helpful to navigate financing your studies.

2 College Senior

Scholarships: The people who you have to talk to at the financial aid office are grumpy and most of the time not helpful. I know they see a lot of people in a day asking the same questions, but so do other professions
