3 College Sophomore

Tuition & Financial Aid: I am a 19 year old student who lives on my own, pays for my own bills, insurance, car, everything with no assistance from my parents but still had to provide information for my mothers income and because of this i am getting no grant assistance.

Tuition & Financial Aid: Financial aid has been a little problem for me because I already have a bachelor's degree. I think the financial aid office has been very friendly and done what was expected of them. However, I believe that in a situation such as mine, where I have a degree but haven't really been employed with my degree so I am going a different route, it would be helpful if the school could educate on other ways to finance your new goals other than student loans. I really had to stop and think on my own to find new ways to get money for this degree.

Tuition & Financial Aid: I think I pay a lot as an International student, but the information I receive is worthy.

Tuition & Financial Aid: Honestly I have heard several students complain that the finical aid office never answers the phone. When it comes to privacy they make you come to a window in the main hall instead of allowing you to go into an office to talk privately. Some people are not comfortable with strangers' hearing about their finical aid status. If you ask to speak to a person in the office the people at the window usually have the answer for you. The biggest issue is they are not welcoming and if it wasn't for a family member who had already attended college I wouldn't have known what steps to take.

Tuition & Financial Aid: It truly isn't bad just some students use colleges to get money and then they withdrawal their classes to get money. What students don't know is it will catch up to them one day and then what will they do?
