3 College Freshman

Local Atmosphere: You will hear some mischief or crime going on but it really isn't a bad town

3 College Sophomore

Local Atmosphere: Since I do not live a great distance from campus I easily adjusted to my surroundings which was convenient. The campus is lovely which made it much more welcoming.

3 College Student

Local Atmosphere: Kean is mainly a commuter school, so the campus life is something that you will need to search for and get yourself involved in, as opposed to many other universities where it is very easy to get involved in many activities.

2 College Freshman

Local Atmosphere: The town of Union and Elizabeth are really sketchy and scary with NOTHING to do. I wouldn't walk around there. However NYC is like a half hour train ride away for like $13.

3 College Junior

Local Atmosphere: I have lived here my whole life so it is pretty boring to me now
